Its always so slow to get your food and when you do your fries are cold or the cheese tots are refried and taste burnt . 9 times out of 10 the forget a part of your order. One time they only gave us 4 cheese things out of an order of 8 when we went through the drive through and the mgr a little frail looking man with greasy balding hair and glasses was not going to replace them because we could’ve ate them on the way around. If you come to Casper avoid all the BKs . Pretty much the same all the way around.

We visited this location as they were providing hamburgers for children in costume on Halloween. I only ordered French fries, but my 2 yo grands loved their burgers and fries. We arrived before the frenzy began. The service was good and they were friendly.
The free burgers were a great draw for business. Kids eat free and parents spend more money on feeding the rest of the family. What a gimic!

She says it’ll be .26 cents and tells me I have to get in the back of the line. There were 4 groups in line and my food was already getting cold. Unnecessarily rude about it

Im giving them one more star than I did last time. They missed one of my items and luckily I checked before leaving and not too much hassle. Glad I wasn’t home 100 miles away when I discovered it, lol. Still, this interaction was a little smoother so they get an extra star.

The lady at the Front counter was very professional very polite the sandwich I got was OK I asked for extra onions I did not get them and the meat was cold the sandwich was not fresh but the soda machine was broken and the counter where the ketchup and salt and pepper is was all nasty And the bathrooms were nasty The soda machine was obviously broken there was ice and water all over the floor because the ice didn’t stop coming out and many of the flavors were missingit seems as though they’re in need of better leadership a very careless atmosphere pictures are included

11:00 pm Supposedly open till 11:30, walk up to the doors- locked. But the drive thru is open, yeah that’s great if you’re not driving a tractor trailer parked at the truck stop next door. So much for customer service.

Went to drive thru 07/15/25. Food was very good and the girl at the drive thru was very nice. I didn’t get her name but she is short with dark hair. Her and the team she was with were awesome. Food was out quick and they were all really nice. Definitely do recommend!
