I ordered 2 quarter big kings and after waiting over 25 minutes for my order I got back to work and my order was not even close to what I ordered. The people doing the cooking and the one expediting the food were more worried about having side conversations then what food was going out. There might be a need to maybe do some re training on how to make sure the food is right when it goes out. Since I had to get back to work I didn’t have time to even take it back to get my actual order right.

Worst customer service ever. I got two meals and when I asked for bbq sauce I was only given one.When I asked for another the lady was rude and said it was policy to only give one. I said one per meal so I should get two. She made a big deal about giving me another one. Then I had to pay for an extra two.The other Burger King always messes up my order and takes forever but at least they have decent customer service.

This is a smaller location. Good for a quick bite on a road trip. Right next to a gas station and off the highway. Service is okay and sometimes a bit slow. But the food is good. Also kind of nice seating and environment. Parking is adequate.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible terrible. 🙁 My burger was dry. My husband’s was soaked with grease and just wet. The onion rings were not cooked completely. Soggy and just tasted like dough. We both had terrible stomach aches after 🙁 step it up BK!!!

I’ve been eating at this Burger King for many years and I’ve never had any problems… Until today.. After getting our order all wrong at the drive thru, we went inside to have them fix it.. While waiting for that I went to use the restroom. The kid that was working the drive thru a few minutes earlier was in there at the sink, I did my business then waited for him to finish at the sink so I could wash my hands. When he walked out I could not believe what I was seeing !! I’m just going to let the photos tell the rest, I will say that what you see there is blood and that 6 foot tall 200 pound kid with dark brown hair and acne should not be working there. Once again I have order a fish sandwich and asked them to drop it fresh because I don’t want a peace of fish that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for God knows how long. And what happens when I get my sandwich back home it’s a cold soggy sandwich not a hot crispy sandwich.

I am not sure what happened but the fries were fresh and the chicken fries were cold. Ordered 2 kids meals and they didn’t get a bag or toy. Really not amused with this restaurant!
