First of all, I know better than to eat here. It’s been like 30 years. To have them serve me a “who know how long it has been sitting there”, S/E/C croissant, they reheated in the microwave to the point the top of the croissant was hard and a huge bubble formed through the top of the croissant, in the cheese, like a solid rock. The egg on it was complete mush. Inedible, to say the least. If I could give negative 10 stars, it would be appropriate. What more should I expect from fast food on North Ave? Learned a lesson…

Ordering online for pickup, I go into the lobby to pickup my order to be greeted by nobody and nothing except for Spanish music blasting in the kitchen and gossiping staff that aren’t checking the lobby. I sat for 10 minutes and 5 of my fairly loud “HELLLOOO”s were tottally ignored, probably because of the music blasting. By the time somebody noticed me, my food had probably been done and sitting there for 15-20 minutes. I’m a general manager for a fast food establishment and this is personally disturbing. Employ someone at your counter, fix the bad atmosphere -blasting music and ignoring customers – and greet every single person that walks in the lobby.

Beautiful interior, and the onion ring whopper is really good, even though I couldn’t fit it in my mouth, I managed to finish it. That thing could feed 2 people, I swear. You don’t order at the counter, but on the big screens. There are employees there though, and they come out occasionally to restock things and other stuff. If you are confused, just ask them for directions, they are really nice! 5 stars.

No service had to beg to use the restroom and then the manager wouldn’t give the code out to enter the restroom,bathroom Nazi! Then I wasn’t able to eat cause they said they wouldn’t be able to break any large bills.the mood was made even more sulky from the stillness of the vacant lobby! I never got worse service anywhere or anyplace and or anytime!

This is a terrible Burger King, just like the one in Clifton. After they made the “improvements,” service and food quality went quickly downhill. The day we came in, they had just reopened. Bunch of suits sitting around. We used the new ordering kiosk, thinking it would speed up our order. Nope. Took 15 minutes and it was cold. There was no ice in the machine, and it took a while for them to get us ice in the back. We ate for 2 minutes then threw the food away and left. Not one suit asked us about it even though we were the only customers there. We figured they were still trying to get things in order after the remodel, so we tried it again 2 weeks later. Same thing: slow, cold food and still no ice in the machine. The new decor is horrid to boot. Avoid this place!

I went to go try the New SpongeBob meal but unfortunately they was all SOLD OUT of the entire meal 🙁 so i ordered something else. I asked for dipping sauce but didnt get it so i asked before pulling off and they act like they had a attitude. They didnt give me a recipe so idk their names but it was a blonde hair female wit glasses and a 6ft tale male wit glasses wearing a cross ear ring.

They can never get the order right. I asked for no ketchup and no mayonnaise because they always put it in excess. Last time I ordered from this store I got the complete wrong order. I am completely dissatisfied with the service at this store. I will continue to order Burger King but I will not be returning to this store. They have shown continuous incompetency in getting orders correct.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I had ordered one of the new Icee drinks. They were having to change out the flavoring on the machine and were having a hard time getting it to work properly. I didn’t mind waiting but once they figured out that it simply was not going to work they offered me a milkshake instead which I accepted with gratitude. They had also offered me a soda to drink while I sat and waited. They were just pleasant and polite employees to work with despite things having gone array with my order. Such an unexpected, yet very much welcomed change of pace for the usually cranky pants dance employees I have become accustomed to dealing with everywhere I go that is in the public eye. Thanks Burger King for that very pleasant and unexpected in a good way interaction!

The burger was very good, actually better than what I am used to getting from Burger King. That being said, I can almost see the employees finger prints on the napkin (singular) that was given to me. What the heck is wrong with y’all? I still ate it, still loved it, but I can tell someone hated me for my order or hates their job. I’ve never seen a napkin marked with hate.
