The last time I ordered from here the person who took my order wasn’t enthusiastic at all, whoever the person bagging/expediting was demanding food from the kitchen instead of going back there to help out. And when it was time to get my food the dude yelled my order number at me 2 times as if I wasn’t standing right in front of him already going to pick it up. Not even a smile or a thank you have a good day. Also the prices are horrible compared to other places. Definitely not visiting this location again

Customer service used to be great and now it is rude and not inviting. There is an older guy that works the window and I believe has a hire position now he used to be so funny and kind and now he argues and gets frustrated very easily like he is stressed out and angry it feels. They all seem to lack manners now, they wont make your order the way you ask only the way that conveniences them if you ask for them to correct it they get really upset with you. If they are out of something they wont tell you unless you tell them its missing in your bag. I always order ice cream cones and the last at least 3 visits they keep putting it in a cup without a cone or in the cone in a cup. The food is great and havent had issues with flavor just the service which is disappointing since this is our favorite place to go. The atmosphere is alright. The steep turn in is really rough on lower vehicles. The price is great, especially if you use the mobile app and earn points.

Absolute worst place to ever get a quick meal from. I was the only customer anywhere around, and still waited almost 20 minutes to get my food after being asked to park by the bush. There is no customer service left here. To add to it, I ordered large onion rings, and the picture shows what I actually got.

I eat at a lot of Burger Kings (love the Whopper). Came in at 8:45 a.m. on 8/17/25 and I was very impressed with how hard the two ladies working here were working. I had a short what for my burger as they had to make it fresh (8:45 a.m.), but they did a great job. The whopper was as good as one could be. Then, as we ate in, we observed the staff continuing to work very hard.
I appreciate their efforts. If I lived here I’d probably stop a lot.

Tried to order on the app. It put the order in twice and charged me twice. Tried to cancel the other order – there’s no way to do it. Tried to contact support and the only option was an AI chat bot that was so horribly designed it couldn’t understand my simple issue. Was told someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. Because of course I have to wait to fix this problem that I didn’t create. Of course, this isn’t the franchisee’s fault – but what else can I do? The food was cold though.

Overheard employees talking about Snapchat while I was waiting for my order. All good whatever. I got my food and went to ask for ketchup and ranch and the little girl there by the front turned away from me after making eye contact to play on her phone. I told her I would like ketchup and ranch please with her back to me I told her Snapchat can wait. She didn’t like my comment and threw the ranch at me. Completely disrespectful.

I went through the drive thru. It wasn’t busy at the time at all. I was the only car. I ordered two sandwiches and it took a good 17 minutes to complete the order. I can tell you that I can see why the restaurant was deserted. The locals know.

The restaurant was filthy, our order got mixed up with two other orders and the staff could not figure out who the orders belonged to. When we opened up our burgers they looked so greesy and unappetizing we threw away a $58.00 orders and left.
