I’ve come to this burger king plenty of times but today inclined me to leave a review. My fiancé and I ordered dinner and the manager, Chris, was so kind. He was honest and let us know that one of the items we ordered was old and he didn’t want to serve us old food so he had them made fresh for us and personally handed us our order. The staff here is professional, kind and the food always tastes delicious! Thank you Chris, for your honesty and your professionalism! Managers like you are a rare find! You keep companies like this established! P.S. this was done at 8:22 pm during winter

This place was so amazing compared to others. I am a Burger King fan hands down. But, this place was so far the best. The staff was so amazingly friendly, like super friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Fresher than any other I have been to. We were on the road and needed to stop. We expected to drive through and go. We were greeted with the nicest guy on the speaker, who made sure to get our order correct and even repeatedly read it back to make sure it was right. Then, we got to the windows. The lady was smiling and upbeat. When we got our food it was hot and still steaming. It was made beautifully. No sloppy mess, or thrown together stuff you get from other chains. I say that I rate this store . Thank you Trinidad Burger King for making our road stop a great one. Sending us back on the road with smiles, hot food and good energy. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

It was cold and late and we were starving. Me, my kid and my service dog. Denae was amazing.. she figured out a mess during ordering that my tired brain just couldn’t handle. They even had treats for my pupp!! They were clearly Under staffed but; they were friendly, the food was hot and the bathroom was clean. I’m really greatful for this place and these people tonight. Never eating anywere only BK, and WaterBurger. I only like these because of the watawings, and the chicken fries. And the bewt part they should add is the Ghost pepper burger and the Chicken Fries. Amazing service 100/10.

It’s the little acts of kindness that go a long way. The play center was closed. Staff was kind enough to open it for my little one. Staff was happy and friendly. Highly recommend.

Cashier’s hands were very dirty , clothing unkempt and soiled. Fries were stale , whipper impossible was undercooked cold patty. Will not stop here again.

We went there late at night, and had a somewhat complicated order.
Chris and Kristina got it exactly right. Fries were fresh and well salted. Not a single bad fry in the bag and burgers were immaculate.
Not only was the food perfect, but the service was quick, and they were super friendly. It was truly one of the best drive through experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
Those 2 both delivered the best service, even when we forgot our drinks and had to go back through for them.
Super amazing end to a very long day. Thank you to the folks behind that counter.

I had no expectations for the brisket sandwich and still am disappointed seeing as there is no brisket on it. 15 dollars and I don’t get the portion that’s the whole point of the sandwich. Thanks guys.
EDIT: There was actually brisket on the sandwich I didn’t try it before reviewing but its all in the center under the cheese. I spread it out and it’s actually pretty good. 4/5
