This store completely messed up my online order. When I called they said they would replace it, but apparently because I couldn’t get back to the store within a week, for breakfast mind you, they refuse to honor what they said. Accountability doesn’t have a 7 day shelf life!! And they were extremely rude about the situation as well. This store sucks so bad, don’t give them your money!!!

Placed and order here at 9:25 and the site said open until 10pm. They charged me 29.71 and we drive there and guess what they are closed. Three idiots still there and one of the guys who pretended to know what he was doing gave us incorrect information and was extremely rude to us. This treatment I guess is typical of people that work in fast food. They work in fast food for a reason. But to be rude and condescending to someone who has paid you and you are closed is uncalled for. I would highly suggest to anyone to not go to this location. The ones working the night shift on 12/17 well They should all be fired. Horrible people and horrible management and treatment of customers.

Normally this location is pretty good, food is normally fresh and decent, however today’s experience (maybe more on the customer service experience feedback) was horrible.
Ordered a lot, the whoppers were fine along with the fries and double cheese burger. The problem was every single chicken product (2 chicken sandwiches, 2 sets of 8 piece nuggets, and chicken fries were all overcooked and just not appetizing enough to eat… again, normally not too bad, but this was horrible this time…I reached out to support to give feedback and I was offered a $10 coupon for the next order… really?!?! I had to order additional food, costing so much more than $10. I did not accept, not a good service recovery option, I would rather share my feedback to actually be heard.
Chicken Sandwich was all I could take a picture of, was not going to dig through the trash to find the rest.

I kindly asked for extra lettuce and extra pickles, so I don’t know if They’re out Of lettuce or these employees just don’t care.
I just don’t understand when you don’t have anybody in the lobby and nobody in the drive through and you get food like this.

Terrible manager with zero customer service skills . Screwed up on 2/2 of my orders I’ve ever made . Non apologetic and rude . Made me feel like I stole something when they had to fix there screw up !!! Go to a different location like I usually do . This one is close but not worth the headache

Ordered a Bacon King and got this. The REFUSED to give a receipt and at very least, remake the burger. Instead they gave me a bag of bacon and sent me on my way. I hate that I spent my hard earned money for trash. LEARN TO GIVE OUT RECEIPTS. YALL ARE SHADY.

I have to reemphasize others reviews of this location. The staff are always VERY friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. I would ask for two things.
1. It feels like everything you order they ask you to pull around to the front and they’ll bring out the food. I know it’s so it looks like you clear orders faster, and it speeds up the drive through… But I personally don’t like drive thru and park. They do this and every order is made correctly and with care, but at what cost? 5-10 minutes per order means I might as well come in. Is that what you want?
2. This store is nice, but as the pictures below show, it’s not well kept. No time for basic maintenance. The store is dimly lit and they have multiple lights out. The drive thru menu is trashed, and the inside looks like it keeps minimum standards. I’m going to guess they have no time to correct those issues because they’re too busy making every order correctly really slowly. You take pride in your product? Then make the outside match the inside and make this store the best damn Burger King in Springs. Or don’t… Whatever. I’m still gonna come through the drive through and wait. It’d be nice though!
