False advertising! Super disappointed and upset. Frustrated I wasted money getting food here tonight. Menu advertises SpongeBob kids meals with a meal, SpongeBob toy in a SpongeBob bag at an affordable price. I bought several and was instead given a toddler toy and the meal was placed in their generic bag… my kids felt so robbed after all the marketing set the expectation they would be getting a SpongeBob movie centric experience – which was the whole reason they got the special meal in the first place. Additionally, fries were old and cold. Rodeo burger was missing BBQ sauce. Nuggets were missing dipping sauce entirely. No napkins were given. They also never gave me a receipt. Burger King corporate and the franchise owner should be embarrassed by the disservice being done here.

Do not recommend ordering from them. I ordered door dash from them at 8am.. The wait time was so long that one door dasher cancelled and then the app said that Burger King had to remake my food.. then a I got assigned a secondary door dasher. That person also cancelled. Then the whole order was cancelled at almost 10am. Super frustrating. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Aidan was super nice and helpful. Store was really clean and nice. one of the cleanest and nicest burger kings I’ve ever been in. I was really impressed. 🙂 highly recommend. this is the 1st 5 star burger King I’ve rated like this. 🙂 Thank you!

Maybe the drive thru employee needed better training because I got my food first and then had to wait for my drink. She asked for my receipt that they didn’t give me! Everywhere I’ve ever worked or been the drink is served first. The food was getting cold while I waited for someone to come back to the drive thru window. This location is super slow anyway so maybe it’s not a good idea to come to this particular BK.

I’ve been going here for over a decade and never had any issues. Sometimes it can take a few minutes, but that’s only because of a long line. Makes sense when the food is so good and worth the wait. Service is always friendly and quick to take orders.

Constant issues at this location, and long, long waits in the lobby. Drink machine is rarely refilled–today *15* drinks were grayed out on the screen (I counted). One employee was sweeping table trash onto a TRAY. Tables unclean.

Fast food places always get a bad rap instantly!! people are in a rush, people are entitled, and people are rude!! Can I just say that the lady, who I think is possibly a manager (???) who works at this location is so friendly and is so polite!!! A group of young Hispanic men came in and instead of getting rude or pissy with them she instantly walks up to the cash register, starts speaking Spanish to them taking their order, she’s obviously not Hispanic by the way, or doesn’t appear to be, but she was just so friendly to everybody and just doing her job and working… I don’t know, she was just so pleasant and I just wanted to compliment her ♥️ I wish I knew her name…

Walked in at 1055. Stood a bit from the counter to not block anyone. Found what I wanted on the menu, and approached the counter. A young man stood behind the machine without a word. I asked about a meal I had seen on a commercial, he told me he didn’t know how to ring it up and called a second employee, she also said she didn’t know how to. Their only solution was for me to walk away from the counter and order it on my phone and wait. Fine, not ideal but sometimes you’ve got to adjust. After filling my cart with what I needed to order, I’m told on the website I had to sign up for rewards, something I didn’t want to do. After finally succumbing to the rewards program I’m finally able to complete my order. 1102 was the time on the digital receipt. I waited ten more minutes in the lobby before my order was “ready,” I was handed two bags and an empty cup to fill myself. (1112) I grabbed the cup and tried to use the ice machine, nothing comes out. I step back and tell the people behind the counter, three people look me dead in the face and continue working.
The food was okay, it’s Burger King so you get what you pay for. And apparently the customer service is less than that. Unfortunate.

I always do dine-in, so my review is based on eating the food as soon as I get it (I know majority of the people get take-out or drive-through). I used to work at Burger King and have purchased their burgers a lot in the past; in my opinion there are much better fast food burgers.
What redeems this franchise for me is their breakfast food and their BK Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I have had the chicken sandwich 4 or 5 times, and for a fast food sandwich it is pretty solid, although I am not a fan of their other chicken products (the nuggets are decent but there are better places to get tastier nuggets).
The hash browns and biscuit sandwiches are really good if made fresh (I have had a few times where the hash browns had been sitting in the warmer for a while and the biscuit sandwiches were pre-made; the food loses its quality pretty quickly so the key is asking for it fresh and eating it as soon as you get it).
On a final note, I would highly recommend the location on Powers & Constitution. Every time I go there the food is made fresh and they seem to care about service more than the other locations I have gone to. The one on Interquest Parkway sucks; I will not be going there ever again.

Not a bad experience, Jr whopper is tiny, but not as tiny as the mozzarella sticks. Can’t complain too much, the price wasn’t awful. The customer service was very nice but also very slow.
