I have never had an employee that was so unprofessional and not doing their job as I have tonight when my family went to this location. Employee #116099 (no name on the receipt) was rude while taking the order, at the window stated he got one drink but didn’t know the other without telling us which drink order he had already gotten and was rude when my husband repeated both drinks for clarification. I could overlook this behavior as having a bad day, I’ve worked fast food no big deal. When we got home we realized we were missing a lot from the order. One kids meal, one burger, the drinks, and 2 Patrick cakes that come with the new bikini bottom meals. We were missing the rest of the bikini bottom meals and 2 chicken wraps. My husband went back to the location since we live close by and tried to go in but the lobby was now closed. He tried going through the drive through but the employee refused to talk to him or open the window and just stared at him before walking to the back of the restaurant. I tried calling thinking maybe there was some miscommunication. The employee picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I called multiple times after and he didn’t answer a single time. They weren’t closing for another hour and a half by the time this all began but he refused to provide the services we paid for and I’m sure they won’t be issuing a refund because we will have to wait until they open to contact a manager. We will never be going to this location again because of this employee. I would give negative stars if I was able to.

This Burger King needs some cleaning and better care. I ordered a Whopper and I had tons of mayo, lettuce and 2 small rings of onions. Burger King here needs to take better pride in running their establishment.

Regularly get no sugar or creamer with my coffee. Have to make a routine out of asking for things at the second window. Ask for double egg on a #4 and got no egg at all. First window was great but all I heard in the back was a high-school classroom

I order food from here pretty often but I think I’m going to stop. There’s always items missing and the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours. Normally I like Burger King’s food but not really from here.

Fast food is pretty limited here and for a burger king it’s decent. Just expect a wait if you are going to this place. I want to say that about half of the time I come here regardless of the line I am asked to pull up and have to wait for my order to be brought up.

This three stars is totally in the spirit of generosity. I’ve never been to a BK this slow in the past 30 years. Literally only one person ahead of me and it takes fifteen minutes to get a Whopper. Also, the restroom smells like used douche water.

Best burger king I’ve been to.
Staff is friendly, and i don’t think they have ever gotten my order wrong. (No sales tax is a plus too)
Food is generally fresh, very seldom have i gotten food you can tell has been sitting in a warmer for a while.
Their hours are a bit inconveinient, as they are either closed or dont open till 1100 on post holidays and 4-day weekends.
Overall i think it is pretty great

Very rude customer service, not customer oriented in the slightest bit. They rush you to order your food before your ready in the drive through, and then when they come to collect payment they open the window abruptly shout the amount take your method of payment and slam the window. Customer service goes along way with people even if they have to wait for their order.

I asked for a SEC sandwich and they put in a five piece French toast instead then gave me only four pieces. Whoever was on headset was trying to finish my sentences and wouldn’t let me talk. Ig it’s early and you take what you can get, but maybe this’ll motivate me next time to just go home and cook

Avoid the Yellow American Processed Cheese.
1/4 pound x 2 for $6 is a good amount of food for the money.
If you got IBS like me make sure you ask them to not put cheese and onion on it and light on the Ketchup.
