Went through drive-thru tonight 6-3-23 about 45 minutes before closing. One guy working and he did an excellent job! He was not only kind but provided us with fresh fries and fresh chicken fingers! Cooked perfectly. All in a timely manner. Excellent service. Thank you for the delicious food (:

Highly disappointed today. Wanted to order thru dine in. Was told lobby was closed due to staffing. Than a handicap person in wheelchair was behind us, and was told they could not help her. How disappointing in the store! To top off – I pulled into drive thru – told it was a 30 minute wait? What??? Nope will not come to this BK again. You lost so much business today with the parade down the street as well. This team needs some serious retraining.

Why are there 2 drive thru’s to order from when your employees can only do 1 order at a time? IT is unfair how they stagger ordering. It’s 100 degrees out here and you, as an owner, provide no structure to your business. It’s the lunch hour. Why would you not schedule accordingly

UPDATE:…… Tried to eat here unfortunately they kept taking the order from the left lane, kept forgetting the right lane….and YES, BOTH WERE OPEN. We then went inside and we were told to wait a few minutes…. Yeah that didn’t work either….. Customer service is horrible. Wendy’s here we come…

Ordered an original chicken sandwich meal and an oreo shake. Didn’t ask what kind of drink I wanted with the meal. After paying (given back the wrong change) the guy says ” Our shake machine isn’t working. Do you mind just stirring it yourself?”. I asked for a refund and was given the wrong change again with attitude. Got my food and drove away. Got on the road and tried to eat. Onion rings (half French fries) were extremely crunchy and chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked and had no lettuce on it. I tried a bite and threw away the entire meal. Completely disgusting food and a total waste of money!! The parking lot is empty for a reason!!

I waited in the drive thru for several minutes, after being told to wait at the order screen. When I went inside several employees were working behind the line eating food and joking amongst each other but not making food. Waited inside for a few minutes without any assistance. How is this location still open if they don’t assist people? While waiting, I observed At least 5 people changed their mind and went somewhere else instead of waiting for slow food
