I just had to leave a five-star review after my experience at Burger King today. I ordered a Whopper, and honestly, it was absolutely awesome. You could tell it was made fresh—the patty was hot off the grill, the veggies were crisp and cold, and every single bite was packed with flavor.
What really impressed me was how well it was handled and presented. It was wrapped perfectly, not squished or sloppy, and you could tell the person preparing it actually took pride in their work. It’s rare to get fast food that looks as good as it tastes, but this Whopper nailed it.

Amazing Service at Burger King – Wellington Location
Every time I visit this Burger King, I’m impressed — especially thanks to Leland, the manager. He’s incredibly polite, patient, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure customers have a great experience.
On my last visit, one of the employees quit right in the middle of a busy rush and even threw their Bluetooth headset. Despite all that chaos, Leland stayed calm, professional, and apologetic for the delay. He handled the situation with outstanding communication and kept everything running smoothly.
It’s rare to see that level of leadership and kindness in fast food these days. Leland is the reason I love coming to this Burger King

so I tried to brush this off and this is more for the manager and the cook than it is for the public. you made it pretty obvious the way you threw that food in the trash can that you were ticked off and it actually took me a few minutes to realize this that you were ticked off at me. for guys I don’t know why you’d be ticked off at me it’s not my fault that you did not hear the order correctly you know so next time show a little bit of professionalism rather than just slamming food in the trash and getting angry at a customer that’s done nothing wrong

I went through the drive thru Friday night ordering a whopper, no pickles, easy peasy. I was asked if I wanted cheese and/or bacon, no neither. I get home and have double whopper, cheese, bacon, pickles. The burger was so big I couldn’t even take a bite. Today I took it back to exchange for what I ordered. The person I believe to be the shift manager, told the other guy it was his order and he needed to come deal with it. Oh. My. Gosh. I had to explain to the dude at least 6 times the whopper I wanted. A regular whopper, no pickles, no cheese, no bacon. Then he goes to make it and asks exactly what I wanted on it. I had also ordered halfsies, but noticed most of them were still in the bag I returned bc I wanted to eat them with my burger. I work fast food and we ALWAYS do a little extra when WE screw up. I asked about getting a refill on halfsies. The guy said since I ordered and received what I had ordered, NO. Seriously. How about a little customer service?!?!?!

the food fresh every once in a while but they be tryna kill me with the fries on sum heart attack stuff.. they dump a bottle of salt on them everytimeee the breakfast good tho sometimes & they’re nice & helpful somewhat . i think that’s bc they don’t get costumers tho lol no shade

Possibly the worst drive through experience we’ve ever had! Waited 22 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. Seemed to have food ready for others sitting there in bags but not ours. We said something and were told to tell his manager. Only 3 employees. Not my problem! And one of our burgers was not what we ordered when we finally got our meal.

My family and I pulled in to the front of the store and was getting our kids our of the car. When we seen a manager outside smoking and our son was wondering if they had happy meals with toys, (we know it’s not a happy meal but that’s the way he was asking for it) the guy rudely said “we don’t have happy meals!!” We said well kids meals is what he ment. The guy looked at us with a attitude and said NO! After that we got back in the car and left we didn’t want to eat there after that kind of interaction. I’m a GM and would NEVER allow that kind of behavior in my store. We won’t be coming back.
