Just tried the new Whopper, was worried they would make it worse but if anything it’s awesome again; tastes closer to what I remember from the 1990s than it has in a long time. Regular whopper, no cheese or onions, extra mayo is best version imo
Now if only we’d every see 39 cent Whopper days again haha, but the economy would have to unsuck first. Either way, glad to revisit an old favorite again. Crew was awesome, food was hot and tasty; can’t really ask for more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. This location doesn’t even deserve a star at all!! My Husband ordered at this location and was treated horribly. He ordered a junior Whopper with NO ONION’S and for the sauce Mustard ONLY! He told them no onions, no mayo and no ketchup numerous times, then had to take the burger back in for them to remake another one. She then proceeds to make another junior Whopper puts mayo and onions on his burger for the second time intentionally. I was on the phone with him listening to all this, I would love to speak to a manager at this location the girl was very disrespectful and should be fired. If you don’t like your job find another one, when someone is paying for food it’s supposed to be how they ordered it. If he was allergic to onions I would be suing your location. Fast food is customer service and the customer is always right remember that!! Also, he pulled up in a limo he is a professional black chauffeur dressed in a suit & tie. Folks, introducing the BBQ Brisket burger….I’m a lifelong Burger King fan but this is a mess. Could barely taste the brisket or fried onions primarily because, there were barely any added to the burger. It has long been known that there is a wide distance between actual Fast food products and their advertisements but my goodness this was disappointing. Great service otherwise though

Burger King app wouldn’t load any payment, window wouldn’t honor the order in the app. Waited 30+ minutes for 2 burgers, a fry, and a drink. Lobby was closed before posted hours on the door, pretty sure they’re understaffed with some poor kids. Just unfortunate. Wish management cared more.

Was there around 2:40 pm Younger kid with tattoos on his arms working the window wasn’t very nice i had $20.11 for him my bill was 7.11 he took the 20 and closed the window ” i said hay!! Here’s the .12 cents ” gave me a nasty look and said 13 is your change.

While I have been known to enjoy the consumption of a Burger King Whopper since the Trump Administration in addition to other menu items prevalent such as the Chicken Jr. Sandwich, Mediocre Nuggets often disclosed as having been inferior to McDonald’s McNuggets originally released in 1983 by CEO Fred Turner and Rene Arend, the gourmet French Chef of McDonald’s appointed to create a beef alternative item in the late 1970s decade, however I have never endorsed in a messed up order or mediocre service until this most recent visit (July 5th, 2024)
While the nutrients in general I ordered did not take relatively long to receive, and the atmosphere is par-usual for any 21st Century Burger King Location; the food I ordered from this location came with a side order of an element on the Whopper that I intentionally asked to not be prevalent. When I returned back to my residence following my order, I found a presence of Onions on my Whopper that I specifically did not order, further tainting my experience in the process after finding out while consuming my meal.
In hindsight, while this slight messup shall not be met with scrutiny that rivals the Colonists and their reactions to the Sugar Act of 1764 in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, this experience that I had was unfathomable, intolerable and an experience that has now made me speculate against Burger King, despite the fact that my order the past 5 times I have been here has been perpetual, despite the long wait times.
After this most recent experience I have had, I am not certain I will be returning to any Burger King locations in the next year because of the persistent strand of awful service and messed up orders I have encountered.

I just watched an employee with really long finger nails lick her finger to open a paper bag and then grab half the order put it in. Then she went and dealt with the register and came back still same the same hands and grab food to put back in the bag. So unsanitary . I drove off.

Burger king is playin playin. I ordered a chicken sandwich from the two for 10 meals. I was given an old sandwich which was soft and cool to the touch. I asked for my food to be made fresh and the guy who came to the door says I’ll see if I can have that done. I politely told Mr. Josh he could definitely have it done. I work with food, I think I know left overs when i see them. Come on BK I didn’t come from California for this. …….. 5 mins later. My sandwich is re cooked. Lol man test run your employees please. Look I need a 9-5 are you all still hiring.?

Not actually 24 hours. When you drive there they have a sign saying online orders only but then when you place the order online they still won’t fulfill it and it will get cancelled after an hour. This happened two weekends in a row.
