The inside of the store was a mess the tables were filthy and the floors had dirt and mud all over it. I was in the lobby for about an hour and even when the rush was done no one came out to clean the store the time was 2:08pm on December 18th. Bad management. The two people I saw leave the store didn’t seem to have any out tasks like cleaning or anything, just took there last order and left.

They have all these signs on the walls of their drive thru window explaining how to upsell and how important profit is to getting more hours etc etc but then they serve you a piece of 7 hour old chicken in a wrap looking like this. Absolutely disgusting food. What a waste of time and money. Just go somewhere else or skip dinner honestly.

Ordered the new hand breaded chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato.. I guess I got what it says it is but common… I don’t eat fast food very often and after a long day this is what I receive for about $10?? If this is what’s going to be made they need to change their menu photo.

I drove 13 minutes to pick up some food for the family and when I got home order was wrong and I got this when I ordered a Texas whopper this looks nothing like it and it had no bacon . I called 4 times no answer. Finally a younger guy answered very rudely and was refusing to give me my money back or get me a new sandwich. Will be talking to coorporate soon

Multiple poor experiences. This place is so bad that it’s bringing the housing market down! This is the new Italian chicken sandwich with tomato sauce on it. Looks like someone slapped it in the face with a tomato and laughed!

As this is the only fast food place in Erie, they must think that it doesn’t matter if the crew is rude(Cause they are) or if the food is fresh in the morning(cause it isn’t). They don’t seem to care and if you have a problem your better off yelling at yourself in your rear view mirror than saying anything to the management, cause he doesn’t care either. See this is my point gross overcooked eggs.

Ordered a fish sandwich meal with cheese. Got home and there was no cheese on my sandwich and hardly and tarter sauce. My husband also said that he did not enjoy his hamburger. Their soda machine wasn’t working so the only options were ice tea or fruit punch. The fruit punch tasted like water with a hint of fruit punch flavor. It was gross. Will not be returning to this location.

The guy who took my order was amazing. Loved his personality. Ordered a number 1 and had him tell me customers were always number 1 with them. Along with other little things that were upbeat. More places need people like him.

Tristan was awesome! I went through the drive-thru and he took my order. He has a big personality and you could hear his smile through the speaker. Definitely a nice change of pace from the normal fast food service. Give that kid a raise.
