Visited on a Saturday in October 2025 with family for dinner.
I ordered a whopper with and oreo milkshake.
The bun was slightly dry. The rest of the sandwich seemed fine, but my son said it best– you can barely taste the “flame- broiled” on the burger.
The fries were ok. (I tried my husband’s.) The chocolate pie that someone else had looked scrumptious. They ordered another to go.
I liked the oreo shake but had a problem when I got to the end and needed a spoon for the oreos. There were no spoons to be had and all employees were busy doing something else.

Which brings me to other concerns we had. It was difficult to find a clean table. One of the clean tables put our eyes in the sun. So we had to journey around inspecting tables to find one that would work to sit at.

And, I have never visited this Burger King before so didn’t know that someone has to unlock the bathroom door for you.

I bought some hamburgers to go and they gave me my takeout order of fries and mixed onions. What bad service! Besides, the fries were all cold and the onions were soggy from being old.

Good food at a good price. I use the Upside App and Walmart Plus combined to get 25% off and 17% cash back.

Unfortunately, I simply cannot get food made to order using the Burger King App. It will be made, but any special options will be disregarded.

I’ve given up with them. They play dumb and look at me like I’m the idiot, when I ask why they have again made everything standard. Clearly no attempt was ever made to make it to order.

When I do bother to order from Burger King. I order strictly what is on the menu, with no special requests. You literally have to pick through the bag and verify everything. There will be something wrong or missing. This is the service they are capable of providing. This is the service they are willing to provide.

If I have an extra $5 to spend, I’ll go to McDonald’s and actually have my food made to order. The burgers won’t taste as good, and it will cost more. But, at least they aren’t intentionally disregarding my requests.

This is the worst fast-food restaurant that I’ve seen in a while. Reminds me of places in Detroit, where the black folks give you what they give you, and you take-it-or-leave-it.

Well look I liked the food. Burger was great, nuggets could have been cooked for like 2 mins overall but I chose them over McDonald’s next door based on the burger. That said the rating slipped because I can’t believe I paid like 3 something for a drink when the carbonation wasn’t working. My choice was water or watered down tasted lemonade. Would have won me over if they had given me free lemonade considering I couldn’t get my choice of soda but instead of leading with “our soda machine doesn’t work right now” I ordered a soda, then was told it wasn’t working and so I settled for an overpriced drink to go with my food. Then when I had the chance to think about it the whole damn meal really shouldn’t have cost more than 8 or 9 bucks ANYWAYS and I paid 14.50. really sucks.

This location messed up my order, when I got home and realized it, I tried to call several times just for the line to disconnect, and they did not give me a receipt when I picked up my food originally, so when I tried to make a complaint about it through the Burger King app there was nothing they could do. Do not recommend this place at all, if you end up having an issue with them good luck getting it resolved. Absolutely will never return.

Burger King? I tried Burger King again after a long Intentional absence. Where do you even begin? The burgers, stale bread, the burger Patty was cold. I ordered jalapeño poppers, and they were cold at the center, went back through the drive-through To let them know, they did replace it, but with cheddar bites instead of jalapeño poppers. The fries were the only thing that were palatable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. didn’t accept coupon. not expired. smelled like smokers, homeless people asking for handouts. dirty environment. cold food. gave pickles when i asked for no pickles. there was mustard on my original chicken sandwich??? how does that happen. dirty dirty place. don’t come here you will not be satisfied! Manager/ counter /drive through employee was incredibly rude. We walked in he turned and looked a us and turned away. Took care of one customer in the drive-through and then proceeded to walk to the back and stay for a minute. When he came back out, he looked at us and said I’ll be with you in a minute and gave us a very dirty look. Then when he walked up to us he said what do you want? I said good morning. He ignored that. As we were ordering, he would interrupt to say is that all, is that all, anything else? And we had a number of items that we ordered. My husband went back in to get extra napkins. He handed him one. The food was great. The woman behind the counter that was cooking. The food was amazing. That manager needs a lesson or at least a conversation regarding how you treat customers.
