I just paid $14 for sandwiches that were honestly laughable. They looked absolutely nothing like the photos — flat, messy, barely any toppings, and totally underwhelming. The buns were smashed, the presentation was sad, and it felt rushed and careless.
At that price point, I expect something that at least resembles what’s advertised. This felt like false advertising on a tray. Fast food used to be affordable and consistent — now it’s overpriced and disappointing.
And I apologize for throwing McDonald’s into this… but honestly, they’re just as bad lately. Same tiny portions, same inflated prices, same “what did I just pay for?” feeling.
Never again. I’m done with Burger King and McDonald’s. Period. Next?

Went through drive-through ordered the number 9 original chicken sandwich. Instead I got a big messy weird sandwich, they put it on a whopper bun, which is very uncomfortable and messy to eat. Not cool Burger King I wasn’t even gonna complain, but this is totally so unacceptable. Not to mention the night manager that was working out. The drive-through was a very rude. This whole experience was just so disrespectful. Couldn’t even give me the option to let me know they were out of buns. I could’ve gotten something else. I didn’t want half of my food falling out of the bun as I’m eating it.

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The place was filthy, and it seemed like the staff had no idea what cleaning even means. The floors were sticky, tables were dirty, and trash bins were overflowing.
To make matters worse, there was no proper ventilation, or it was just not working at all. The entire restaurant was filled with an unpleasant smell that made staying inside unbearable.
Despite the fact that only two tables were occupied, we had to wait for our order for over 10 minutes, which is simply unacceptable. To top it off, our order was incomplete—they forgot to include some items, the fries were stale, and the burger, which was supposed to be without pickles, came with two slices of them. The service was slow and unorganized.

I just came here a couple minutes ago to order and the lady at the window would not greet us. She was quite rude. Actually I don’t know her name, but she got her order wrong. She gave me a unsweetened tea when I asked for a sweet tea and then when we went to the window to ask her a question, she would not talk to us. She just took our payment and go do other things. It was kind of disrespectful and rude in my opinion and then when I came back around to get my sweet tea that she got wrong, she gave me packets of sugar and basically said do it yourself as if she isn’t getting paid to do it for me just saying.

I went through the drive through and order 4 meals 2 of them where kids meals! The kids meals didn’t have their juice in them and I went through the drive through twice cause the pop had no fizz or flavor! They asked if I wanted sauce I asked for buffalo and bbq and I didn’t get that as well. When I went through the drive thru once again they said they didn’t have anymore ice so they couldn’t put any more in my drink! All in all bad customer service they had attitude and got upset like it was my fault!

The girl that was working the drive through was talking on her cell phone through her ear bud while dealing with my order. Then I get home and the mozzarella sticks tasted like cardboard. They were clearly way over cooked and it appears the grease hasn’t been changed in decades. I took one bite and spit it out as well as the chicken sandwich. Clean your fryer!!! What a waste of time and money, I would never recommend this Burger King to anyone.

It’s Burger King so I obviously know what to expect, but being served literal BLACK bacon is even something I can’t defend at a fast food place…the lack of customer care and respect for the food they’re handing out is straight up disgraceful and embarrassing. There is absolutely no way that the workers would eat the kind of food that they serve. Food was cold and although condiments were requested, not even one was received.

I love the new deals Burger King has. Homeless people do ask if you can buy them food but I expect this since it’s on Colfax. I like getting their milkshakes.
