When we walked in they had a stacked lobby and drive through. Despite that, we watched several employees on there phone hiding away while there coworkers looked confused and didn’t know what was going on. I have managed several franchises before and never have I seen a team this unorganized and slow.

The drive through person had a barely functional ability to speak English. There was no way to understand her through the speaker and at the window it was painful trying to understand what she was asking and watching her struggle to use the correct words in English.

I order two(2) Egg-normous burritos and neither one had egg in it but instead a strange sauce that was spicy… When I ordered the lady took a long time even though I was the only person in there between the drive thru and parking lot. Then when she did she didn’t take it at all the first time. Plus I ordered my coffee with creamer and there is not a drop to be found.
My dad would like to add – “we are egg-tra disappointed”.

Came into drive thru, waited about 2 minutes before anyone said anything, no one else in line. Get told “one second” and then a minute later, someone else rolls up in the other line, they take their order and orders for multiple people while.

For 15min no one was here to do there job. Took two picture 5 workers pop up out of nowhere. Full team failed. 2pm in 9/23/21. All the food was cold and all the tables are not cleaned. Someone needs to do inspection here.
