This place is straight out of the 90s. If you are looking for that Burger King nostalgia then look no further this place is it! The staff were super friendly and gave me and my son free crowns but sadly our Hershey pies that we ordered had that freezer burnt taste. I get it, maybe it’s our fault for only ordering the pies but I was hoping they would taste like how I remembered them when I was a kid and my mom would treat me.

Pulled up to the drive through at 8pm, waited 5 minutes, no one answered on the mic. We pull up to the window for someone to tell us they’re closed and the person ahead of us was their last order. It’s 8Pm?? Your listing says it closes at 9. You could’ve at least had the decency to come on the mic and tell us you were closed before we waited 10 mins for nothing. Ridiculous.

There’s a reason this Burger King has the lowest rating of almost any location in location. They’re absolutely awful. I ordered a Bacon King meal with no substitutions. There were 3 cars in-line. The teenager had to ask what I ordered 3 times. It took 20 minutes. They still got the order wrong. No receipt, so I can’t even get a refund or a voucher for a courtesy meal at another location. Avoid this location unless you’re desperate and all of the other Burger Kings in the surrounding area have burned to the ground. You definitely won’t get it your way at this BK!

It’s seems like this location is never open during business hours. Hours online are 6:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. The last few times my husband has tried to eat from there (only drive thru is available, no order in, no dine in) the store is closed. 7:00 pm? Closed. 7:45 pm? Closed. Tonight he went at 8:15 pm the lights were out and it was closed. Very strange.

I was at the drive thru today and received the worst customer service in the food industry I’ve gotten in my life. I had a coupon and read the exact order description to the woman who took my order on the speaker. When I got to the window to pay, I gave her my coupon and she took it, but ended up charging me the regular price. When I asked why I had to pay original price, she told me it was because I didn’t mention the coupon when I ordered. She had to go through dozens of coupons to find mine and give mine back me. If I didn’t ask for it back, she was not going to give it back to me. Then told me that my order was a different meal from the one that was on my coupon, but how can that be the case when I read the exact description to her when I ordered? I don’t know her name but she was blonde, had neither professionalism nor integrity, and with that crude demeanor I don’t know how she thought she would be serving customers today ♀️

The food was cold, not cool but cold like it was recently taken out of the refrigerator. We ordered whoppers and fries and all of it was cold. There is no way it was fresh. I don’t know how they get away with serving food like that!

Poorly run restaurant. The staff hides in the back and will not serve guests in the drive thru. They do this every night. I tried waiting to see if they would ever come out after asking me to pull up to the window. 15 minutes of waiting and the multiple employees I saw earlier wouldn’t come out and help, 5 other cars gave up on the drive thru and left while I was there. As soon as I start moving an employee starts to come out of the back like they were waiting for me to leave to come out. As soon as I stop to see if they will come help they run back in to the back. Probably the only fast food place I’ve seen that doesn’t list the franchise owner’s phone number on the drive thru window but I see why this location took theirs down.
