Working over nights it’s pretty tough trying to grab a bite to eat on the way home, this Burger King is always ready to go, prompt and fresh. I’ve been here about 5-10 times in the last few months and it has never disappointed me! This skeleton crew really does a great job!

I normally don’t go to this Burger King because of previous bad experiences and customer service, but yesterday I was in the area and decided to pass by the drive-thru because I felt like eating a Whopper. I got to the ordering section and did my order for a double Whopper with no mayonnaise because I’m allergic to mayo, and I told the cashier twice no mayonnaises .I never saw it on the screen but was hoping she got it correctly. I got to the receiving window, and the cashier wasn’t friendly and kept talking Spanish to an older, shorter lady in Spanish. She wasn’t acknowledging me or paying attention to what she was doing. However, I got my burger and left and got home, and when I took a peek at my burger before digging in, I saw mayonnaise all over. So sad. It was exactly 8:23pm. I had other things to do, so I couldn’t go back over there, but I didn’t want the night to end without reporting and getting my burger done correctly. I went back over there around 11:30pm and got assisted by a different cashier, a tall, brown-skinned young lady. Her voice was super friendly, and I explained everything, and she understood me and made sure I was taken care of and asked for the burger to be done the way I asked from the very beginning. Thankfully because of the cashier’s friendliness and act of concern, I’m not making this bigger. Do better and make sure all your workers are paying close attention. I’m still coming over there to speak to the manager and point out exactly who the cashier was that took my order incorrectly.

This has got to be the worst Burger King in America. The employees were clueless.No one could operate the Oreo shake machine, by the time one of them was able to figure it out my food was completely cold so I wasn’t able to eat it. The fries were hard and the onion rings undone. Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and never order anything or eat from there. The customer service was just as bad. Horrible horrible place. I know not to expect a gourmet experience but this was the absolute worst!!

Terrible service from the horrible manager, Graciella! Not only does she talk about customers in a negative manner to her coworkers in THEIR PRESENCE but her sarcastic demeanor and forced smile are the icing on this crappy cake! Whoppers looked like they were assembled by rabbid squirrels and for 2 meals at almost $25, that is unacceptable! I have lived near this location and had been a customer for years with wonderful service by the previous crew. It’s time for an overhaul or just get a new GM if you hope for the location to remain open.

Ordered through the drive thru about 12:45. Received my food and didn’t check the bag before pulling off even after the employee almost forgot my drink. I get home to find that one of the fries I ordered was missing. No big deal! I opened up my fish sandwich and the bread was kind of firm not as soft as it should have been. Took a bite anyway, the fish was extremely hard as if it had been sitting. Hungry as I was, I continued to eat it, now my throat feels like I’m getting sick. Never had a sandwich or a messed up order from BK ever, except from this location. This is the second mishap within two days. A day before we ordered delivery, we received someone else’s order. Will not order from here again!

Pretty decent burger king branch if you can get the right crew at the right time of the day. This burger king branch can have very fresh food, or they can get your order wrong depending on who takes your order. Od surely recommend this burger king branch over other burger king branches. Give it a shot, beats other locations that just mess up your order every time and not exactly fresh.

Double cheeseburger…I don’t remember exactly but I think it was like $0.50 more.
I get that different locations can have different prices, but the difference on that chicken sandwich is ridiculous.

Today we came into Burger King to get a quick bite and one of my kids didn’t want to make up their mind and the employee was very nice in offering a free pie because of her indecisive nature we received our food in less than 5 minutes and really enjoyed a meal for 6 under $50 thanks for the awesome service and a great time

I haven’t eaten at a Burger King in years because they are generally dirty and have poor service but this location was as good as any chick fil a I have been to. Kudos to whoever operates the store, I wish all Burger Kings were run like this.
