Would recommend another location and/or restaurant. Waited for 5 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge we were at the counter. They were too busy chatting in back. The order arrived as ordered. Although the Whoopers were cold, nit even warm enough to melt the “cheese.” The chicken nuggets were pitifully small. And aa has been BK’s operating system, the play place is still not open. Bathroom (mens) doesn’t appear to have been cleaned all day.

They never get orders correct, and food is always old and proper servings portions are never served. If you ask for a manager they refuse…if you get a manager, they tell you to deal with it. Also this place is always filthy as heck.

Super friendly staff. I was greeted right away by a busy employee who said they would be right with me. A simple touch that seems to be lost today. He then took my order quickly and clearly. By the time I filled mu soda and ketchup and licked a table, he was on his way through the dining area with my tray if food. Nive work!

I come here often but for the past 45 visits the food hasn’t been as fresh as it used to be and the customer service is declining. I will still go here in hopes that it will improve.

The staff here are really nice and stuff and the food isn’t bad but the service here isn’t the best. Either they’ve got new people or something because I literally was here today and watched all mine and someone else’s food get prepared in the back but was never bagged or trayed for guests by any of the numerous employees walking around the front counter.

Once again the preparer of the burrito added cheese when I asked for no cheese or sauce. This has happened several times now and I am sorry to say it is quite annoying to return to the same place just hoping for good service and food. But even with repeated visits and consistently ordering the same thing the same way, they cannot seem to get it right. They are close and convenient so I guess they survive on that because the morning cooks are terrible and cannot follow directions from the person taking the order or the screen they do not read. It’s a shame.

Bought 3 steak house king meals and a whopper Jr. Meal. Fast service , but whopper Jr. Was COLD. 3 burgers stacked on top and 2 large fries in one bag. Burger’s are flat . Need some quality control in this burger king.
