Reviews
Service at the drive-through was prompt and polite. It did take a little while to get my food, but that was only because the same person was manning the counter and the drive-through.
There was plenty of parking for those who choose to go inside.
The reaction was intense enough that I considered going to the hospital. Even hours later, I’m still dealing with stomach pain and discomfort. This wasn’t just an upset stomach. It felt like food poisoning, likely from food that wasn’t handled or stored properly.
I’ve eaten fast food plenty of times and never experienced anything like this. Something was seriously wrong with that food. I’m leaving this review so management takes food safety seriously and so other customers are cautious.
I had a double Whopper with Mayo, Ketchup, lettuce and onions. Anything on the sandwich could have set it off, but you have one time to play with my stomach and I’m done with it.
2023: I haven’t had a chicken sandwich with cheese in years. It was good but it was salty. Their fries are better than I remember. The service was excellent. They took care of me. It was slow, but still, I appreciate it. Negl, the coupon, got me in there.
The chicken sandwich with cheese was just like I remember, and it needs to stay in the past until next time.
The drive-thru and main doors were locked even though the app was still accepting orders. After entering through a side door, I was told the store was “closed” despite multiple people being inside. The lobby appeared to be hosting a private gathering rather than operating as a restaurant.
When I calmly explained that I had an online order, a man who later identified himself as the manager aggressively approached me, yelled, and swung his arms close to my face while my 7-year-old daughter stood next to me. His behavior was intimidating and caused both of us to feel unsafe. I ended up calling 911 because I feared for our safety.
Only after that did staff unlock the doors and allow other customers with online orders inside. The manager continued to behave unprofessionally, including staring at us and recording my daughter and me while laughing with others.
I no longer felt safe and requested a refund but was told it couldn’t be done in store. This experience was frightening and completely unacceptable. Customers—especially families—should never be treated this way. I will not be returning.
