If staff spoke English a little better perhaps they wouldn’t have messed up my order after I explicitly explained why and what I wanted. It wasn’t that difficult. Order taker seemed to give up and just put anything down when she should have asked her manager for assistance. Ketchup machine was broken, probably still is!

**Check your food before going home**
If I could rate this place a huge zero or even in the negative I would. I got a Jr burger and fries for my 3 year old son. Well the bottom bun was black as asphalt. I am seriously wondering why in the world they would send this out for any customer to eat when they would never eat something so disgusting themselves. It had to have been smoking from how black and crisp it is. so, how did any employees or even management for that matter, not notice. so, that brings me to my main point which is they had to know and had to have purposely sent it out knowing it wasn’t edible for even an animal it is beyond pathetic honestly it should be embarrassing for management. I spend my hard earned money with ur establishment. I won’t make the same mistake twice.

I am writing to report a very negative experience at your drive-thru on August 23, 2025, at approximately 4:24 PM.
It’s my first time visiting Denver and i am very upset of this crew staff who took my order/payment was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was a heavy-set woman in her 50s with an accent. She repeatedly yelled at me while confirming my order. When I pointed out that she had given me the wrong drink (Coke instead of Peach Mango), she yelled at me again, accusing me of changing my mind. I asked why she was yelling, but she just mumbled and made a long face. This behavior is completely unacceptable. This particular employee’s attitude suggests she does not want to be at work and is treating customers with disrespect. Please take action to address this issue.

In all fairness, most FF chains offer identical menus and similar service. This BK is no different. But, gotta say, their new Ch’King sammy is pretty good. I got 2 to go (added lettuce and tomatoes) w/ lg onion rings. These are by sight larger than KFC’s and McD’s sammys. Also, the Impossible Whoppers from this location is pretty good and were well packed – they almost looked like as-pictured in ads. Now that’s pretty good for to go.
