The sign on the door says that the drive-thru is open “24 hours”. However, I went to this burger king at 1:07AM on Saturday February 7, 2026. When I arrived I was told that I could not pay for food, because of “the computer”. I suspect that when business is slow, the employees take a break and no customers can order any food. Please dismiss the current staff and hire new people for the shift that includes 1:00AM.

I went here to get an Uber order and the manager Sergio is the WORSE manager if he even is the manager. He made a mistake and gave the order away to the wrong person and I asked if he could remake the order because the person was still waiting for the order. He refused and CALLED THE POLICE because I was trying to explain to him that we get in trouble for canceling orders. Then when I asked for his name he refused that too and refused to give me his managers number. On top of that he had some weird girl and man in the store maybe his friends because the inside was closed but they were in there. She was behind the counter yelling through the drive thru windows all weird. Definitely will be calling corporate in the morning it took for the police to come before SERGIO the “manager” gave his name.

Let me say thos. If you are a person of color like black be careful at this location I have experienced it several times going thru drive thru. Once they here that black voice your food comin out old and dry. Im telling yall I have had this experience at this location a few different times I rarely go. For one you can feel the awkwardness at this location. No shift and I mean no shift has notbone black working it and we get old bad food. Watch this location. It waz like tbe plan was to give me food poisoning. Corporate about to hear from me.

A magnificent Burger King location with managers and employees that care. I want to recognize Maria one of the managers at this location. Maria is a professional in the 1st degree. Maria is definitely an asset to the Burger King franchise for sure. District manager for the area please recognize Maria. The other manager I don’t have his name but he is very professional and all about customer satisfaction and knows the food industry. This manager is first-rate and I guess it’s contagious at this Burger King because the employees there really care!!

One of the worst Burger Kings we have been to. The drive thru is a joke. The screen where you order if totally black, you cannot hear the person talking, if you go to the ordering window, they will make you go around AGAIN!. Dirty, old and one of the worst locations ever. Customer service none existent. It says it closes at 12, showed at 11.30 and nobody answered on the drive thru.
Employees act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order.
Avoid this place at all costs.
