So it’s 11:20pm on May 22nd, they’re open til midnight, I’m here to pick up an order for a customer and the person working is completely ignoring the drive thru as well as the phone when I call, their vehicle is still parked outside so I know they’re just avoiding having to make orders, I can see them inside cleaning stuff yet they’re ignoring paying customers. If you look closely in the picture you can see them.

The ladies that were working today are no joke!! They are determined to get everyone’s orders out fast! The cashier was working both the drive-thru and the indoor cashier. I understand that the service may be slow, but when you have 1 person working both, that’s insane! But not once did any of them complain or give anyone a bad attitude! Shout out to all of them!!

This is the second time I have came to this location and they have closed early. By early I mean 8:15pm!! 4 hours early! They put a cone in the drive-through and lock the doors when there’s an hours of operation sign that says they don’t close until 12 AM. This is obviously an ongoing issue and it seems to me that the management just does not care. It’s such an inconvenience and I feel like this should be addressed immediately.

Ordered drive thru kids meal – no burger, mozzarella sticks- no sauce! Had to use my gas to go back to complete the meal I paid for, and what do they say?!? Did you check your order before you left!! Showed up at 9 50 pm. Waited 10 minutes not a single person spoke in the drive thru intercom. Went to window and no one came even though someone was in there. At least 5 people were in line after us. Google says open until 11 pm but even if they were closing at 10 they should’ve still taken our order. There was no one in front of us. 1 star bc we received NO service. They should’ve at least spoken in the intercom and let us know if they were closing or if they were dealing with something else. Lunch time is usually okay at this one but apparently not the evening.

Food was great and tasty, a little messy with the sauce as it was constantly dripping from my sandwich. Got the fries which was great, not too soft and limp or too salty, just right. Friendly staff and service.
