0 stars! This “franchise” is absolutely horrible. The food was stale and cold. There’s no customer service as there was only 2 non English speaking people working. Guess they can’t read English either as my order was made incorrectly. The interior of the restaurant was dirty and smelled of mildew. Don’t eat from here you may get sick and if you contact support in the app they will only offer rewards points to eat there again, they refuse to give refunds.

The whopper fell apart after the first bite.You get the big bun and a barely visible patty.
Ask for a coke, we got cherry coke. Avoid this place. Never eat there again..!

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to I’ll never go back to a freaking Burger King again the ladies working this shift were rude did not do there job and when they did decide to freaking work and make a burger they didn’t it very poorly. I’m disgusted and the should get fired if you want to improve your store

They want over 20 an hour to work there but yet can’t read the screen. I had a simple order whopper jr with cheese no pickle but, no this is what I got. The lady with the 5 o clock shadow who I think is the manager sat there and talked to another employee while my food was just sitting there. This went on for 10 min then took my payment and took another order. 25min in the drive thru for one thing that wasn’t correct. Also this is 2PM there was no line other than one car behind me.

I had an Uber eats order I got charged $1.99 extra per burger because I added bacon I get my order no bacon or cheese on either of my burgers I try to call them so they can refund me back my money no answer!!!!

We just went through drive thru at 9:05pm 9n Mothers day(5/11/25). The guy working was AWESOME. We didn’t catch his name but he was probably early to mid 20s and Hispanic. Everything was fresh, he was friendly. We almost gave up on this BK. He renewed it.

It’s hit or miss. But the Hispanic people lately have been very friendly. Which is nice. They finally have ice cream. It must have been down for a while. The fries though. And it’s not their fault. They just don’t taste good. Wouldn’t even want them if they were free. What is BK frying them in? Taste is just off. Blech ! Can you look into a better oil to fry fries in? Anyway, if you have an issue, you can use the BK app to make a comment and they usually make it right with a credit. Don’t call the actual restaurant cause they usually cannot help. Go to your actual BK app to the contact option and tell them the issue and you will get some kind of credit. Same thing with other apps. Like Chipotle for example.
