Fist time on this location didn’t have the best experience.i liked the food it was fresh and good taste got the bacon king the meal. Customer service needs improvement you can deal with some ladies with bad attitude, plus this is a big one, management needs to pay attention to the drive thru employee to shut the door.. (see pic) you are trying to relax eating your meal.. but not you can hear everything the drive thru person is saying thats not nice.. he needs to shut his door. Also they need to keep up with the restaurant cleaning tables were dirty and you can see dirty rags on tables.. i hope they can improve those issues.

Can’t read an order correctly. Messed up out order royally. We ordered the steak burger with onion straws on the burger and onion rings instead of french fries. We get our order and the freaking onion straws aren’t on the burger at all and our onion rings are on the burger. Apparently literacy seems to be an issue here as this happens often. I called them and there was no answer so maybe literacy wasn’t the issue it’s that no one wroks there apparently.

I had a good experience at Burger King. The food was fresh, the fries were crispy, and my order came out fast. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Great spot for a quick bite!

Super excited to have a new Burger King in the neighborhood. Was under construction, with the kitchen operational. Unfortunately not a great experience. While I realize this is fast food, I expect consistency with fast food meals. Need to improve the quality and overall delivery. Hopefully things improve when fully operational.

I order through the app! Out of the last 5 experience three have been bad. All three times they forget someone’s food. I do the app and they give me credit, but this last time is horrible! How do you give a kids meal fries and a toy and call it good! No nuggets no drink! I paid nearly $6 for fries and a paper toy! I took my $5 credit and will use it I’m sure, but I had to go to McDonald’s to get my 3 yr old nuggets!!

This location opens up at 6 AM. I got there at 6 AM so I can order some breakfast and the route employee came on the speakerphone and said that they are still cooking the food and I asked him what time would they be open and he proceeded to ignore me, if this place of business should be open at 6 AM ready to serve people that is what they should do the employer is very rude. I believe this Burger King recently just got a remodel. What is the point of the remodel in their ploys are horrible and they’re not even open on time ready to serve you. They just lost a customer and they just less money .!!!

I mean everyone been to a buger king. This was alittle interesting. The order take kept asking what we would like. So then we order. And the whole order was completely wrong afther repeating 3 times. Lately I’ve noticed that Burger King is putting way too much ketchup and mayo on their sandwiches. This location is no different. Stopped in the drive thru and ordered a single Whopper with cheese with no onions and it was absolutely swimming with ketchup and mayo. I had to scrape off most of it just to he able to eat it.. Also, I ordered onion rings instead of frying and got home to find no onion rings in my order. It’s frustrating to spend a lot of money to eat “cheap” and have the order be wrong and not good.

This place is disgusting I order 2 cheese burgers and a whopper jr meal with a spicy crispy sandwich they forgot my whopper jr I had to go back when I got home my 5 year old found a rubber band In her cheese burger!!! (Rubber band from braces) my whopper jr had a hair !!
