I just DoorDash to my food and I specifically said with barbecue sauce it’s on the receipt. It’s in the order when it goes through. You guys need to start paying attention to the orders that are going out. Nothing like eating dry chicken fries with no sauce get it together and do better.

The service here has gone down hill fast. Took 25 minutes to get my order of two kids meal and they forgot the drinks! Drive thru service is terribly slow. They stall you at the first window for the longest time because the cashier said the second window is timed. Food was already cold when I received it. I don’t recommend this location.

We had the best service. The lady at the front counter was super great with my foreign exchange students who hadn’t been to a BK and she explained the different items and what came on the items they ordered. Extra amazing 5-star service! And I enjoyed the ghost pepper burger, tasty and fun color!

I prefer BK over Mickey D’s. The burgers, fries, and shakes are bigger and more flavorful, my go to burger is the Texas Double Bacon Cheeseburger Whopper. I tried the melt and halfsies, and they were ok. BK is my favorite fast-food burger spot. Burgers are big enough to fill you up and satisfy your cravings. I’m so glad we have one close to where we live.

The level of customer service here is very poor. We made eye contact with every employee and they all ignored us. Finally I asked for one of their attention and when they took our order, she barely looked at us. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all!!! Go further down Zaragoza!!

Drive thru is terrrrrribly long. 25 minutes just waiting in line for an order that was place on the app. Will not come here again.

The food is generally warm, and the service is satisfactory. The manager is consistently courteous and accommodating. However, the drive-thru service can be quite slow at times. Overall, the service is commendable.
