went to the drive-thru around peak hours around 4ish more or so to get a quick snack before the park and the crew made this experience amazing. A young lady helped me, giving me options as I didn’t know what was in a trio deal to find out I can chose from 6. Items is incredible such a deal and then I got my food fresh and quick ,, Throughout all my interactions they were all amazing and helped me with mine and my kids cravings

This was cool, there wasn’t a lit of people in this store. It was clean! (Don’t know how many ain’t). Most of the time I can’t find a clean table, every table was clean! Great job guys, you have restored faith in me. If you want a clean place this is it. I’ll be to this one more often. Can you share this with the other stores? Between my house and this store there’s 4 burger kings, I’ll be passing them by.

Always messing up orders. Asked for chicken fingers specifically even specified on the sauce and still managed to be missing in the order. I was definitely charged for them.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The lady at the window was a mess, she was insanely rude to me and when I asked her to remake an item she said it came like that. It does not come like that. She then slammed the window in my face, i don’t know why she works customer service if she doesn’t know how to properly make the items she’s giving out. She should be fired.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came at night purchased a meal for my daughter and I and literally had to park and wait for it to be made. I received my food and drove home. Got home found the food was not fresh at all, I called that same night they told me they would take my name down and replace it, I don’t live close so I told them I’d come to pick it up another day. I came back today now because I’m in the area, they’re telling me they can’t find any name for me and because I don’t have a receipt they can’t help me. The person spoke with on the phone that night told me the reason y I had no receipt was because their receipt printer wasn’t working, which is why she was supposed to take my name and number down and tell her manager. I will never spend another dollar here and highly suggest nobody else does either.

First time here. It’s 10:10am. Quiet, not crowded. I ordered a croissant sausage breakfast with no cheese, med coffee. Good and hot, the hash brown was a bit salty, and semi warm.
