They need to start making sure everything is fresh when going in the bag. My recent order was a disappointment. Y’all must’ve cooked those mozzarella fries last week because they were rock solid and I didn’t even get the sauce I asked for. Do better, please.

A+ service was great. Very nice. Repeated my order. Lobby very clean. Soda bar was also very clean. Ate in dinner. Everyone was working doing something. The manager was on top of things. Monday-Thursday you’ll get great service fast efficient correct order.
Friday-Sunday slowest service I seen in a while 20 plus minute wait with only a few cars ahead. Last time I went the weekend they got my order wrong.

The first fry I ate had a very weird chemical taste then tasted normal the next few then chemical taste again so I smelled my box of fries and I could smell a faint chemical smell same as what I was tasting but they replaced my fries and those tasted normal but that chemical taste was horrible. Don’t know what it could have been by the way my son’s fries were the same they replaced those to though. Guess it was alright.

Terrible. This location has gone downhill. If you want to wait 20 min to order food this place is perfect. I only go here for milkshakes but I’ll just make them at home now. As the cashier said, “what do you want me to do about it”?

Like so many other fast food joints they no longer distinguish between eat in and take away so you will get a bag regardless. Apparently it’s to hard for them to respect their customer’s wishes.

Arrived on site to pick up my order that i put in on the app. This is the fourth time in 2 months I’ve had to have my order remade because this crew doesn’t read orders and likes to slop mayo and ketchup on all orders regardless. The nuggets are always burned and the fries are always old and reheated. Im so tired of it and im tired of the poor attitudes that the manager has because they were caught. As someone who has worked in Quality for over a decade, where is the quality control? Where is the care for the food that comes out of this place. Can the employees read/write? Honestly, it doesn’t end. Upper management needs to pay a visit to this location and not just during the day.
