Ordered through the drive through a few times and each time I have went it’s been in the evening (7pm-8pm) and the young lady taking my order is ALWAYS so nice and respectful on the speaker, patient, and welcoming. I don’t know the manager’s name either she’s an older lady you can tell she takes pride in what she does food is always fresh, and as a manager she ALWAYS has a head set on alert of what’s going on. Keep up the good work night crew PLEASE don’t lose your excellent customer service, and thank you for all your hard work. God bless!

I usually come with my kid, this time the service and food have been great over all but still no five stars. The slide is sticky. And there is mold around the play ground area. So bad lol. I know kids be kids but still, to let mold grow.
Old post from before ->This BK is much better than the other on the north side. Food has been consistently decent, plenty of fries, friendly staff, clean dining area and bathroom. We take the kiddos here a few times a month and it’s been great. My biggest dislike is there is no speaker to let folks know in the play area if their food is ready.

This place is garbage. Cold food, water covering the entire floor, carefree staff, and lack of a timely execution. Not only was the food cold, but it was extremely lackluster. No effort was made whatsoever to ensure a decent meal was sent out. Even my not so picky toddler grand daughter wouldn’t eat her nuggets. They looked like dried up, days old nuggets. I will certainly not come here again.

Brand new BK on a very busy road really modern. Everything was good with my food the only thing missing was that they were short staffed. But others than that great new restaurant for a quick meal.

Men’s Bathroom was horribly gross. Smelt bad the soap dispenser was broken. Dining room floor was dirty. The lady who was cleaning the dining room was working her butt off. I didn’t get a treating when.I approached the cash register. I just started to order after looking at her for a bit.to see if she wanted to take my order.
