Pathetic. Buns were both so soggy they stuck to the paper and so stale I could barely bite through. Burnt impossible patty (just make it fresh, way less people order them anyways, so lazy and disgusting) Genuinely would rather have food made by robots.

Was traveling for my father’s eye surgery. This BK was closest to hotel and my order was taken by a woman with a bubbley personality and repeated everything back as I ordered. Orfer was perfect, burger had all the stuff I wanted, none of the stuff I didn’t, and she was super cheerful wishing me a pleasant evening and dinner. For a drive thru, 5 out of 5!

Wow. I wish I could give negative infinity stars for this burger king. Like, wow. I would love to give the same amount of stars for how messed up our order was. I mean, yall had to have given us the most wrong order in the history of wrong orders. This will be the absolutely last time myself and my family attempt any type of human communication with the folks you have working not just this location but every location in this zip code. Ya’ll seriously need to start drug testing. It doesn’t matter if I go inside or order through the drive through, I continously find all of your employees hanging out back getting high. What the literal….and then we cant understand why ai or other electronic methods are taking over in the fast food industry. Listen up Burger King, your folks might be systemically taking down the work force all by themselves. I, for one, will not be eating any Burger King, with an emphasis on this particular location for sure, ever again! I am blown away by how absolutely every part of my order was incorrect. Seriously, this blows my mind, why or how a group if folks could fail so miserably is beyond me. I looked for any silver lining but everything was so wrong down to the drink I got. Are ya’ll so bad at what you do that people are leaving and you think its ok to just send their good out for the next order and think that its ok. Wow.

I had to wait at the speaker for a couple minutes. After they took my order, I pulled around and there were 2 cars in front of me. The first car took a couple more minutes, the second a couple more. Then I sat at the window long enough to smoke a cigarette(more than 5 minutes). Then the lady couldn’t remember what I ordered from the time I paid, until they came back to try and give me an order. The hash browns were crunchy and really greasy, not crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside like they are supposed to be. I ordered a sausage, bacon, egg and cheese double croissant. The cheese looks like it was one sitting in the chute that they took apart and added one of the meats so they could sell it and not throw it away, and it tastes like it was supposed to be tossed an hour ago. I know there are bad times, or busy times, but this Burger King definitely wasn’t busy. No receipt was given except the one on the bag. This is just another example of why the Burger Kings in Lubbock need to be downsized/consolidated. I keep giving them an opportunity to do well, and I keep getting disappointed.

A/c on when temp outside is 40’s, not a good way to welcome customers inside to eat. Construction around entrance, has to look at maps where entrance was, if you’re not from Lubbock, hard to navigate.. But I’m sure construction is only temporarily. Food was ok
