Waited in the drive thru for several minutes today and they didn’t even get my order right. I had ordered my meal with a large have-sies and a large frozen coke, yet they gave me a medium have-sies and a small frozen coke. it wasn’t even busy either, just 2 other people in the drive thru and no customers inside.

I visited the Burger King on 50th Street and had a disappointing experience. After placing my order and receiving my food, I asked for two sweet and sour sauces. The employee told me they only had 11 left in the store and could only give me one. I politely asked if I could simply purchase an additional sauce like any regular customer. Instead of responding professionally, she rolled her eyes, shut the window, grabbed another sauce, and then slammed the window when handing it to me.
This level of customer service was unacceptable and completely unnecessary. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t receive the same treatment.
Maybe keep up on stock and this issue won’t happen.

In my 57 yrs in this world, this team of employees are the very best I have ever had the privilege to meet. Lt, Benjamin Proo ( I know I spelled wrong sorry ) Jariah Lily and the rest made my Halloween Season. I went in and asked about the Monster Meal, as I get older I love to enjoy things I did as a child or young adult and Halloween is one of them and I mentioned it. I ordered the meal and asked about the happy meal toys. They allowed me to buy all at once as I do not live near a Burger King. Then they gifted me with all they had, Halloween table mats, bag, the container that vampire nuggets came in and mummy mozzarella fries. So that I had clean ones the Halloween crown as well of course. Just how sweet and thoughtful they were to an ole gal who gets nervous goin’ out with all the bad in this world. These guys freakin’ rock and I would suggest everybody stop by and show some love. Plus food food of course and to the you g lady who said she is startin’ to get into Halloween, I hope you do and enjoy for the rest of your life ❤️ I’m still smilin’ hours later. My hubs went today 3/1/26 and he said he felt so bad for 2 awesome employees runnin’ the whole place by themselves. They need triple pay if only 2, L and Shy are the names he got or could remember. Thanks y’all for the service.

I give my biggest praises to the customer service we received from Stephanie, she was professional and kind to us. After a long day at work I know when she’s there I’ll be taken care of. This location is lucky to have a hard but kind worker. We need more people work put in 110% and go above and beyond. Any suggestions we tell her she on, and we just appreciate her for everything she does, because we all can learn a thing or two ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An employee refused to take orders because they were closing in 30 minutes. The employee appeared to be a manager. The the store is taking about 10 minutes per person in front of me which then cause the employee to give up on taking orders.

Visit this location frequently for breakfast. The manager on duty is friendly and pays attention to details. She always repeats my order! Breakfast is fast and hot. I like the quickness and friendliness of the staff. Highly recommend!

I just wanted a whopper spent at least 40$ here at this location and I ended up getting a raw patty that bled through on my bun, I’m 9 months pregnant and I get this? This is very dangerous for me and my baby! Sad thing was is that no one was in line! It wasn’t even that busy!!! I want my money back and this place closed down

Fries are still bad. Nuggets were burnt. This location always has something wrong. It may be out of ice , may be out of cheese, the food order is wrong, the systems down etc. Dont know if the equipment is old or what but.. Def. Needs improvement on the franchise owners part. The workers are doing good and can only do so much with what little they have.
