Cook in the back playing with her phone while wearing the same gloves she was preparing food with. Dining room full of flies, both live and dead, if they are in the dining area I’m sure they are all over the kitchen as well. Order was taken by a coughing man chewing food. Avoid this place. Definitely needs new staff and ownership.

The service here has never been bad or good but they changed or fired or moved the guy that was always in drive thru I think he was manager. But now they have a girl that is so rude so they had a sign outside that said closed open til 10:30 am next day so I thought they were closed as i was about to drive off and she said yes can i get ur order but mind u I was already driving off and there was a car behind me so I wasn’t at the speaker so I ask can I order at the window so she could hear me and i wouldn’t have to scream my order and she says flat out NO! I’m like well damn ok can you hear me and she says yes but I had to repeat my order 3 times cuz she kept getting it wrong. Then When I get to the window I wait like 10 min. She’s on her phone she hasn’t charged me or given me my drinks. Then comes another poor kid and makes him do it while she’s on her phone. I’ve worked fast food for 3 years before and let me tell you if you don’t like socializing with people don’t work these kind of jobs. And I’m pretty sure she’s a manager horrible manager.

My husband and I ordered 2 dbl whopper meals and we ended up with 2 whopper loaded with mustard and Jalapeños. I cannot eat hot spicy food as it makes my mouth swell so bad. So I have a swollen mouth and no food. Im so angry it’s unreal. Luckily my husband was able to pick all thag junk off his and eat some of it but it was loaded with Jalapeños!! That was $30 NOT well spent! It was at the Dumas location. Im from Illinois. Makes me very mad to deal with this!!! I would have taken pics but I was to busy spitting out all the nasty mustard and spicy shit!

This place is beyond disgusting. The water from the soda machine deserves to be studied for the amount of chemicals that it taste like. The staff is rude slow and doesn’t ever get the orders correct. It smells like a men’s locker room along with the floor was sticky.
I really wonder what the health department gave this place for a grade. Maybe time to do a re check.

Generally speaking I prefer Burger King when it comes to fast food but this location was one of the most unfriendly filthy places I’d ever had the disservice to be in. Flies swarming, tables dirty and sticky, drink area, sticky & Trash overflowing. We didn’t even feel it was safe to eat the food judging by the atmosphere.

The staff was rude and ignored you when you walk in. The whole seating area looked as if there had been a food fight a few hours earlier, along with Ice cream and spit on the seats and floor. It was so bad we took our food and ate in the car. The pictures do it no justice.

Food is almost always cold and old. The manager or whoever he is always in a mood and orders are always wrong. I don’t get why they don’t change anything. The only time you can get a good burger is in the MORNING but who wants a burger for breakfast?
