Been eating at this location for a year. Great Service and fresh quality food, clean dining and restrooms.
Recently a number of new employees who do not seem to be trained, are messing up orders, taking way too long to prepare food, and the service can be chaotic at times with orders being lost and mixed up.
Just FYI for the Manager you should correct the situation before it affects the reputation this location.

Worst place ever. The app is horrible. It literally changes my order and then I can not get it corrected. The manager here is incompetent and will not correct any of THEIR mistakes. I am so done with this place. I spent $24 trying to get the correct order. Of course by the time I got the correct items it was all cold. No customer service, no management abilities, food no longer good. No, won’t be going back.

I get this as fast food, but at the window upon Us telling us that within the SpongeBob box since they had no pie, they would give us a cookie, upon returning realizing we didn’t have our cookie again I get it’s just a cookie but we never got what we paid for. Then they wanted us to repay for a cookie that was already supposed to come with the box. Again I get it’s fast food but you should get what you pay for which we did not. I would suggest going to another location, this is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Absolute mess of an experience. We ordered 2 combos and a whopper by itself. We had to repeatedly explain what we wanted to the person taking the order that we wanted two combos and just the whopper without the combo. When we got our order, one of the drinks was wrong, one entree was wrong, and an order of fries was missing. When we asked for the missing/correct food, the person said we only asked for one combo, after we had very clearly ordered multiple times. On top of that, we food we did get was cold and/or stale.
I don’t expect a lot from a fast food drive through, but the staff here was pretty clearly just not paying attention at all and can’t be bothered to correct issues.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever had. It tastes like they make their food at the beginning of the month and serve it until it’s gone or it’s moldy and they have to throw it out. No clue why or how it’s still open.

Worst burger king I’ve ever attempted to eat. Food was not edible. The original melt bread was not toasted,cheese not melted meat cold they even made it wrong. Double whopper with cheese was cold buns not toasted meat didn’t look very good. Took a bite no flavor and very cold. Guy at the window looked at us like he was mad we placed an order. Took a long while for our food to come out cold. Fries were the only thing good fresh and hot.not recommended this place the other burger king off research is amazing great customer service and fresh hot food all the time I’ve gone to eat which is plenty.

Chicken Sandwich was extremely dry, not enough. Mayo.
Asked for onion ring sauce and got ranch.
Everything is about hurry up and get through and get the next person. My sandwich was cold. I have been going to Burger King for over 40 years. And every year, the service and the food gets worse and worse.

This is not the greatest example of BK, but the location is convenient. Food is consistent, but it is still BK. Service varies all over the place, depending on the tine of day and the crew working. The restaurant itself is rarely clean.
