Very disappointing experience.
The place looked run-down and not well cared for.
Food: Terrible
Fries: Tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in ages.
Whopper: Impossible to eat — even if you’re really hungry! It tasted old and unpleasant.
Service: The cashier was friendly and polite
I left still hungry and very disappointed.

This is what you get at Burger King for a “double bacon cheeseburger”. Absolutely pathetic. This burger was $6.69. This is such BS. I’m never going to Burger King again, and if you don’t want to get ripped off I suggest you avoid it as well.

I ordered in the App, and everything was ready and prepared as I requested. I like that you get fresh lettuce, tomato and sliced onion on it, but the burger just didn’t have that fire-grilled taste that I was expecting. I got the halvsies side of part fries, part onion rings so I could try them both, but I prefer skinny fries. The temperature inside the dining area was too warm for me to enjoy the experience.

Lluvia is superb at customer service. I was having issues with finding what I needed on the menu (because of the revolving menus), she was super patient in assisting me. Whet I got to the window she continued to be friendly and patient with me as I asked her name (since I don’t speak Spanish I didn’t realize her name was a Spanish name). Thankfully, my wife caught it, and let her know she understood her name was Spanish due Rain. She gave the prime example of what a perfect fast food encounter should be.

I got two rodeo double cheeseburgers (absolutely tiny) but yummy, same with one of their newer burgers. Getting all of them in combos was the mistake. The fries were okay but their drinks were disappointing and disgusting. They were not only watered down but also had ZERO fizz/gas and just awful overall. I got three completely different drinks and am fuming at how terrible this was. Total waste of money. I also got some chicken nuggets that were cold, tasted like old (incredibly dirty) oil and were also oily. I was very hungry and looking forward to my meal and was very disappointed. I am too far ahead to go back and complain in person but this is not okay.

Haven’t had Burger King in a few years. It’s the same great tasting burger that I used to eat when I was overseas, on a US Army post, 30 years ago.
Service was great, food was hot, and the establishment was clean!

Let me just say I’m surprised the manager is still working here and working the drive thru. He charged me an extra fee on my card on top of what was charged for my order. He doesn’t tell you the total or give you the receipt. I reported him to corporate multiple times for multiple things and is still here and surprisingly still making the same mistakes. He complained about his job to me saying that I don’t understand how hard his job is. Well today I came to Burger King hoping that he wasn’t here but he was. The burger meat smelled off and not only that, they were not fully cooked. Looked like they threw them in the microwave and that was it. They didn’t have the grill lines on the meat and they were pink and pale looking. DO NOT EAT HERE! They need a new manager.

Why does this BK location suck so much?!?
Do they ever get an order right? No one is at the counter to take order. I see workers walk by the front counter, but no one even acknowledges the line of customers waiting to order!
2 people in front of me had gotten wrong orders. So it took even more time before I could get my order.
In the mean time, two ladies standing their just chit chatting, instead of helping customers!
I can see why service is slow as snails.

Decided to try the drive thru with my family and was severely disappointed, the service was absolutely atrocious it felt like we were being rushed and not welcomed, what makes it worse was that we were the only car in the drive thru. The screen displaying the menu didn’t even work and shut off adding more confusion into the mix. When we finally get to the window we see a lady clearly not interested having a whole conversation on her phone. The food was decent but because of how bad the interaction was it left the food tasting bitter. DO NOT RECOMMEND
