Large establishment enjoying eating there. There was a gathering of mother whom enjoying taking their children to play. The laughter of the children really uplifting. Great place to have birthday party for kids. I witnessed a friendly play of hide in seek. Great memories.

If I could give 0 i would. I waited 45 minutes at their drive through sign, called, and I was told to drive to the second window to order and when I got there, they told me “we ran out” of 4/5 things I was going to order.

This BurgerKing in Pharr, TX store # 8322, address 1200 E Interstate Hwy 2 would have had more star’s if you didn’t have rude employees. Let me rephrase that a manager who was so rude her name is Laura Medina. The cashier was nice but that Laura came up to me and I got treated like I was dumb. She even started talking in Spanish about me to another cashier and told her in Spanish, if this is how you treat ppl and think im not bilingual, your sadly mistaken. This woman couldn’t speak English very well. Everything was fine until she approached us. Idk if she thought we had a problem but she made it a problem. Now im warning for the rest of the customers about her Laura Medina is discriminating our culture. We are not in Mexico, we are in America. And you were very unprofessional, how could you be a manager. This happened about 2 weeks ago and I went there again through drive thru and she was harassing employees. Whoever owns this BurgerKing better get rid of her. Now I’m calling corporate on her because I recorded her and I will show it to corporate and YouTube. So service on her part sucked Very Horrible service.

11 am. Place was a mess, lettuce on the seat, crumbs everywhere on the floor and the seats, and both coke machines out of order. They do give the drinks from inside their working area though. Employees don’t even want to get near the front to give service.
