La Feria location drive thru waited like 5 min for someone to acknowledge the intercom at least a good afternoon we’ll be right with you would have been nice here we were thinking maybe intercom wasn’t working! Worst service I’ve experienced! To top it off it’s not even busy!

We walked in, floor is sticky can feel it when we walk in, trash can are over flowing, thought eh maybe cuz they are busy, so we ordered, my wife got a chicken burger, we get it and it’s nothing but breading no chicken to it. Then all our food was cold, So we asked the worker if we can speak to manager, and asked for managers name, he didn’t want to give it out, you can tell he was trying to make up a name. I go up there and ask for manager myself didn’t see a name tag on him, he’s tall, white complected, tatted up, with glasses. I asked if we can switch out burger he said no, then asked for a refund and he said no! Ridiculous!!! Never again! Never had a problem till today!

Wow! I had low expectations for this place and they manage to go even lower. I was craving a whopper and every time I pass by this place it’s dead. This time happens to be 2 cars in drive thru, and I waited in like for at least 30 mins. This is insane! How are these places still open? Food was mid at best and it wasn’t worth the wait. Just can’t believe how much they don’t give a crap about anything. Every single other fast food place is fast and good. This place sucks on so many levels!! I said it before and this time I mean it! This is the last time I come here.

On 20,-20-25 we came to burger king store number# 9444 where we were pleased and surprised at the extrem3 compaction and customer service . You both went above and beyond. We went thru the drive thru on Tyler and they refused to get 2 separate orders from us cuz they said they only do 1 order per car. When they always done that. Basically they saying we need to get off if we want to get separate orders. What I don’t understand is that we went for lunch and they let us do that. But if dinner they don’t hmm.

Disappointed in quality of food and service that does not compare to other Burger King locations. Coffee was overly sweet and looked like 90% creamer. Cheese was still cold in breakfast burrito. Employees did not even know about my order until they check the kiosk.

Was just a quick bite to eat. The dining room was dirty, kids’ playroom as well.
Employees were trying their best to keep up, but to my understanding, they were low-staffed.
Food was delivered with except timing and they were super polite and great customer service.

Service was awful. Sergio was very rude. Didn’t want to give me my cookies for my kiddos after using a reward. My 9 year ask for mayo & ranch a was very rude to her as well .As we were walking out he use foul language to my sister n law and she had a baby in her arms. What kind of manager are you Do better Burger King !!!!!! If needed more info please don’t hesitate to reach out
