Got here around 4:40 pm. There was like one person in front and another waiting for an order. The guy I placed the order with did his best I think he was a new employee. I irded a #1 no cheese and no mayo and a jalapeno. They staff look slow and no the person in charge didn’t command the position well. After like 10 minutes or it felt like I asked if my order was done since soneelse hit his before be the new guy tries to give me a different order which I correct him . Once he gives the order and two bites in my burger has mayonnaise which I don’t dislike like but prefer not on my burger. The food was hot tho. I also noticed its shift change around 5:00 pm which it’s when a lot more people arrive to order . Which people just had to wait I they want to come eat at this BK.

First off all staff at this location have attitude ! I’ve never experienced this type of behavior from employees yet alone management! I went originally to order the Halloween buckets which my daughter has been excited about I even asked a few questions that staff had no knowledge of ! When I got to the window to pay the young lady that took my order didn’t acknowledge me just took my payment and walked ! So then another young lady which now I know her name (destiny ) begins to bring me my daughters food she drops the Halloween buckets on the floor then tries to hand it to me when I asked her for a new one she looks at me and rolls her eyes I can see her name tag but couldn’t read her name when she walked to get another one she sets my food and bucket down on the counter walks to the back and comes back hand me the food and removes her name tag ! I asked her for her name and she ignores me walks away and shouts the window ! I had to glad down the original girl that took my order ! I then asked her to get the manager on shift ! She calls the manager and I start to explain to her as well what just happened and she said oh I’m sorry and not much else I asked her why the employee felt the need to remove her name tag and she said oh well it’s because she’s underage I told her that doesn’t matter at the end of the day she’s an employee and shouldn’t treat customers that way ! She begins to have an attitude so I ask for a corporate number said she didn’t have one and that I could do a survey on the back of the receipt! So I asked her for the main managers name she gives it to me with attitude and shuts the window on me I then flag down the original girl and told her to call back the manager I wasn’t done talking to her ! The assistant manager ( Jocelyn) comes back and said oh I thought you were done talking I said I wasn’t asked her when the manager would be in and she brings to say like I said angels here in the mornings I then at this point had enough from the staff so I drove off ! This behavior was very unprofessional from management and staff !

Came in on a Wednesday and got thier $4.99 whopper Wednesday Special. The whopper was hot and fresh. It was delicious with that charbroied taste I love. The fried were also fresh and hot. Perfectly salted.

If i could give this ppace 0 stars i would. The service is terrible. Employees are taking their sweet time as if they didnt have a huge line around the restaurant. I witnessed Employees eating around the food they serve! Its disgusting and I truly believe those girls should be fired. As I was waiting on my food there was an ice cream truck in front of us. Two employees, both girls, one with curly front hair pieces and the other one short, get out, buy food from the truck, then come back and are eating the food behind the counter. They are filthy. And they were laughing and joking around so its obvious they dont care.

It’s a Burger King. The only thing in my mind that makes Burger King stand out amongst the multitude of burger places is the Impossible Whopper. It doesn’t taste or feel exactly like meat but it’s pretty close. You may not tell the difference. Always fast service and you get what you expect. I think the bread is too thick but that’s my opinion.

Worst customer service, I came here for my lunch break expecting to pick up and leave but no, I couldn’t get my food and wasted my whole lunch break just waiting, employees are just chatting and munching on food which isn’t food safety, I asked again for my food to see if it was ready and nothing, the restaurant was also empty so idk why I had to wait so long just to get cold food. Ridiculous

The manager didnt wanna guide me to a refund bc it will look bad on them. None of the workers were wearing hairnet to avoid this problem not only thT but they had 2 more ppl waiting in line bc they messed up the order and had to redo it. Manager very unprofessional not wanting to redo my order don’t recommend this burger king.
