First they promote “whopper all day” I order one and they tell me they dont have any. 2 I order a biscuit and the lady gave me attitude since the get go and this is how they give me my biscuits. Dont work there the morning shifts if you hate mornings. Never again going there. Its also smelly inside.

The manager were not very nice, no customer service skills at all. They really need to be retrained. The fries were super salty. The restaurant smells gross. Smells like sewer throughout the entire restaurant. We had to just carry out our order. The smell was unbearable.

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would, VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. The foods always cold or old, and when you ask them to fix the problem they get annoyed like BRO I am paying for this, I’m not getting it free Hate that I have to go to ANOTHER Burger King that’s a 10 to 15 minute drive from me when this establishment is literally 5 Minutes away and it’s always the same, it never changes, over all HORRIBLE experience

Ordered through mobile app specifically for the naruto collab and when I arrived at Burger King they said they were out of meat so we came back a few days later. Now they didnt have any of the naruto collectibles and the worst part is I wanted to cancel the order but they forced me to take the order without the naruto collab and all they did was upsize the fries. Terrible experience, if I could have canceled the order I would have been happy but I was forced to take the order or lose my money.

Very bad experience. Two employees refused our valid coupons and were extremely rude to my wife and me. They clearly didn’t want to be there and treated us with zero respect. The manager was just as bad — unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I hope action is taken, because someone like that shouldn’t be in charge. We won’t be returning.

Place outside is very dark and looks shady, it needs to be well kept. Inside is clean and well kept. Its always short staff, orders have been wrong sometimes. Burgers and prices are good, but place needs to be checked for better look and more staff for better service on orders.
