I ordered drive thru , a jr whopper , and my son took 2 bites of it and it had mold ! I tried calling and no answer ! My son is just 6 years old . Thank god he caught on time , and didn’t bite through the mold bread ! That is disgusting!! Please check your inventory good !

I expected the usual fast food experience—busy and maybe not the cleanest—but this place really impressed me! As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean everything was. The trash cans weren’t overflowing, the tables were spotless, and the whole environment felt well taken care of. The young gentleman at the front counter was kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Thank you for the great service!

I’ve called 15 times and it rings twice and goes to voicemail asked for our food to be fresh the girl who took our order said of course. Get home and the chicken sandwiches are so cold and have been there for I have no clue how long. So annoyed and another thing they need better lighting there looks likes it’s freaking closed. The girl at the window was cussing with another employee! What a work place NOW CAN SOMEONE ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Ordered the spicy melt. Very disappointed. The meat was dry and was cold and not fresh at all. I was expecting a great burger and ended up with a half cold non juicy meat patty burger. The fries were the only fresh item on the menu. Unfortunately I will definitely not come back to this Burger King.

Asked for ketchup for a family bundle and got 2 pks, Nunca Hay Hielo, cokes are nasty, and restroom was flooded with shit. Worker using the only good restroom and was on the phone playing my daughter went up to ask for our missing cup and they ignored her for like 4 min i had to get up and tell them.Not coming here again Ever !!!What happen to this place ??? The only thing is that sometimes it smells like sewer or rr. The restrooms were very cleaned. Everything was alright, they greeted us with a smile. No line, food was served fast. And well the only thing is that the playground is close.

Was upset at first due to the drive through. I keep repeating my order and practically yelling and still wasn’t getting understood. I got frustrated ended up just parking and going and ordering inside. Employees where very attentive and helpful in helping me with putting my drinks in the drink holders and putting a knot on the bag to make sure they don’t tip. After getting my order done they even offered to help carry my food to my vehicle. I would have given 5 stars but since I got frustrated with the drive through I’m given 4 and that only because of the Employees that where able to change my frustration into a smile.

Went on June 12 at around 10pm and these guys and a girl named Maria were messing around. Saying all these bad words, not even paying attention to the orders that were coming in. The cooks were playing around with each other saying cuss words at each other. The place was messy, and just horrible.

Went with my best friend and his family. His daughter bought the pink lemonade slushy drink. She stated it was way to sour to drink. After tasting it myself, I totally agree. I gave her some of my sprite to even out the taste but even at that she didn’t finish drinking it.
I personally wanted to try the Addams Family chocolate shake. Again I was disappointed. The picture and what you see here is nothing alike. All I tasted was dark chocolate but not once tasted any type of cookie crumble that shows on the menu screen which is sprinkled on top.
For future reference BK, no false advertisement. Teach your crew the proper way to create your menu shakes and drinks.
As you can see below, one customer review posted their review and yet they have cool whip and I can still see cookie crumble and on an advertisement it’s clearly visible the crumble is on top. Now my shake has neither the cool whip nor does it have crumble as pictured below.
