Unfortunately, the service here continues to be very disappointing. I gave it another year hoping there would be improvement with new staff, but that was not the case. The drive-thru attendant was the same individual who assisted us inside, and once again the customer service was extremely poor. There was a clear lack of professionalism and basic customer care.

I was praising the flavor of the chicken sandwich breading until my next bite actually contained the chicken. It was crunch. The. Meat. Was. Crunchy. As if you’re eating an apple. It wasn’t pink, it still looked like chicken with all the muscle fibers. But it was crunchy.

Employees are all talking, laughing and standing around ..instead of doing their job and making our food with quality … Ordered the new FIERY CHICKEN and it came with light brown lettuce and a squirt of FIERY sauce in the middle.. and a Bacon chicken ranch and got half a squirt of ranch with light brown lettuce also.. asked for it fresh and had to wait 8 minutes for this bull ****.. hate the fact that these employees complain and give attitude down to the manger on shift right now at 7:26 pm..when confronted with the quality of the food they serve customers.. how do they still have their jobs.. smfh.. why do they let them run this place down to the grounded… Sad thing is I’ve worked at Burger for years and took so much pride in my work and see these people here right now and can’t figure out why the haven’t been fired since their costing BURGER KING money and giving them a bad reputation.. manger also lets her employees walk around with a work shirt full of cat hair.. fingers crossed it doesn’t fall on people’s food that come tonight.. is sad and disgusting, and disappointing that the employees use this place as a hangout for their friends and lost track of the fact that they represent BURGER KING.. and food quality is number 1 and customer service is next…won’t ever come back to this place again unless it’s another shift that might actually care about their jobs .

The food was good and the restaurant was SPOTLESS. Compared to the one that on Conway in Mission the entire Resturant was CLEAN. I even complimented the manager that his team did a great job in keeping up with everything. For some reason my oldest is a HUGE fan of the BK lounge but most of them are hit or miss. Either the food is off or the place is just filthy. So we’d go back there again.

I stopped by Burger King recently and was really impressed with the service. Selma went above and beyond—she was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers because she greeted everyone with a smile and kept the line moving fast. It’s not every day you find someone so professional and positive at a fast-food place. She definitely made my experience better, and I’ll be coming back because of the great service.

This Burger King just doesn’t care they don’t fill up your drink all the way , or do they listen to the customers request my husband ask for toasted buns they didn’t toast them he asked for no mayo and they added mayo do better hire new employees and new managers!! And when you try to call the line is “always busy”

god if i could give zero stars i would, why is THIS burger king the ONLY one my wife and i ever have issues with ? we went thru the drive thru, used our app (like always), got what we always get at every burger king (croissant combo with coffee) and as always, this lady gives us a hard time. insisting that she cant add the iced coffee that it has to be hot or juice…. so now here we go. driving to a different burger king where they actually give us what we want. idc if i have to pay a little more, i just care that every damn time we come to this location the same lady always gives us attitude or just tells us “no”. terrible customer service and worse location. literally go anywhere else, im not coming back.

By far the worst burger king the service is always terrible employees looking like they hate you for coming by not to mention misleading information the whooper says all day but when I tried to order it they said it wasn’t a thing. Why bother having it say all day if that isn’t the case. Might as well close that location down not because of this one time but because of the terrible depressing service cold fries and sloppy sandwich’s.

Worst customer service by management. When to order breakfast with a coupon, it was the crescent breakfast with coffee. Didn’t want coffee asked to get a drink and wanted to charge .80 cents to a dollar for each cup. Thats a ripoff considering the coffee is almost 2 bucks. When I called to speak with them the answered rudely by just saying how can I help, instead of saying, thank you for calling burgerking. Would like to speak to a general manager or a store owner.
