Guy who worked by himself on Friday night 12/5/25 after 11 pm was super awesome. Super nice and friendly. Was working all by himself and got our food out fast and had a good attitude. Don’t remember what his name is but he deserves a raise for sure.

Best BK i have experienced in a long time. I normally avoid BK because most of the ones in Corpus always get your order wrong and the food is barely warm if at all.

My recent experience at this Burger King has to be one of if not my worst time I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. To start things off I arrived to the drive thru, where I spent over 45 minutes before I would get my food. When I finally got to look at the food all of it was cold, soggy and wet. It had looked like everything had been under a heat lamp for literal hours if not all day. I know that I was here on Christmas day, but I cannot excuse the employees taking 5+ minutes for each car ahead of me. Its burgers not rocket science. I would assume since the store was busy that they would pre-make a lot of thing like patties but since my food was so heatlamped I am confused as to what was even happening in this kitchen. Long story short in my eyes this restaurant has provided me the absolute worst food quality experience I’ve had in a long while.

d 1 glove on while assembling my buger. Touched my sandwich with ungloved hand and the bun was stale. When I asked for a remake for said issues, the manager blocked my view so I couldn’t watch the kid remake my sandwich! This is complete Bullshit!!!

Update 8/7/23: first off, I tried to come by on Saturday afternoon and they were still not open at 12:10. Today when I got here and took a while for them to take my order they were out of tea. When I get my order the french fries are stale and the bread or bun on the burger is a little stale and there was no tomatoes. They told me they are out of tomatoes also today.

This Burger King is way understaffed 3 people working on a Saturday is pretty crazy but every one employee is doing the job of two or three employees with a smile on their faces and not losing their cool. Thank you to those employees, it’s your hard work that makes the corporation run.

Food is edible and was at least hot but very dry- I don’t ever really expect a lot out of a fast food joint except quick and easy. I ordered online 10 minutes before I left my house, was about a 5 minute drive from there and still after all that time I had to wait there for about 15 minutes for my food to be ready. While I was standing there one of the employees went around the kitchen calling other guys working there the n word like he was just hanging out and one guy had super long hair in a loose hair tie (like about to fall out with no net on)- also after I had been sitting there waiting and got my food they told me as I got my order that they didn’t have the drink my son wanted and is cool but didn’t let me know the whole time I was there until I was about to leave. As I was leaving there was a crushed half smoked cigarette on the floor in the lobby. Its on the rougher side of downtown corpus where all the homeless hangout and there was about 5 homeless people sat on the curb where the drive through is.
