I used to love Burger King as a kid, but every so often I give today’s Burger King another chance—only to be reminded why I usually choose Whataburger or In-N-Out instead. The service is inconsistent, the food is painfully mediocre, and it’s nowhere near as good as I remember. You can usually judge the quality of a location by its bacon, and this one failed that test completely—floppy and almost undercooked. On top of that, they nickel-and-dime you for condiments after already overcharging for a basic order.
Will you mostly get what you ordered? Sure. Will it be “your way”? Maybe. Will you want to come back? Not likely.

We went to BK specifically to get the ninja turtle toys that were pictured in the add, and on the menu board. But the toy was a junky toy top with a PICTURE of a ninja turtle. We ate the bland tasteless burger and greasy fries (no salad options in this place) and went to get a cookie. I asked the worker if they EVER have the toys pictured. And she said yes, and they could exchange it. So I asked my kids which one they wanted, and handed it to them, then she tells me they are $3 each because we had already opened the junk toy. I ONLY went there because the kids had a nice turtle toy from a years ago promo that spins and does motions. These $3 ones are just a little plastic figure on a stand. My advice is to go to a restaurant with decent food and buy your kid a decent toy at Walmart. BK is down the tubes and I’ll never go there again.

I must admit that I have been steering clear of BK since 1999. Tonight my husband and I stopped there tonight because it was the only place on the way home. There were a few cars in the drive thru and about a dozen people in the dining room. There were only TWO employees working. We were greeted and tended to in a timely manner.
I have to say that I was blown away by our experience. My expectations were low. Even though the 2 employees were on an actively sinking ship, our food came out quickly, looked good and tasted so much better than we expected. Daniel came into the dining room to check on us! I don’t think I have ever had that happen at a fast food joint. Daniel and his associate were very helpful and hospitable. I believe they both deserve promotions! To handle that situation so calmly and still make the food presentable… I’m super impressed!

Love the breakfast croissant sandwiches. The eggs and sausage obviously are made elsewhere, frozen and reheated on-site but are nevertheless tasty. Today, I tried the french toast sticks. THEY WERE AWFUL! Barely cooked on the outside and pure mush on the inside. I still can’t get over $7.50 for the sandwich and a small softdrink. That’s way too much for breakfast! Judging by the morning dining room traffic, I’m not sure how this location stays in business. One of the 4 employees spent an hour in the dining room looking at his phone. Another was periodically taking a smoke break on the patio.

Definitely quicker to get takeout than going through the drive through when doing a mobile order. I prefer this BK better than the one closest to me at least the employees bother to make the food and u don’t have to wait over an hour on the drive through

Every time we visit this Burger King The same cashier or drive-through lady at night always has the same stink face. Her attitude is horrible. I’ve never been to this Burger King at night and she’s never not been there. She’s always there and she always is no help She never greets you. She takes your debit card shove your food at you in the window walks away slams the drive thru window
Please don’t need any condiments after that because it’s hell to get her attention to even come back to the window When I say she’s rude. That is an understatement. And the food is never hot!

They couldn’t find the order that was placed through the app, asked me if I had the right address. They found it eventually but never told me they found it, they left me at the window with the window closed so I had to wave them down to show them the screenshot that I had found. When they opened the window, she asked “what’s up” as if she had no idea what I could possibly want. I said “Here’s the receipt to the order.” She said “yeah we found it already”. Would’ve been nice to know they found it instead of leaving me at the window. Gave me my order without saying anything else about it.

Ordered over the app at 6:39 pm, app gliched, ordered again at 6:55. Was charged eventually twice. Arrived at 6:55, stayed a while in the drive through just to be ignored twice, went inside and finally spoke with someone at 7:15 and they told me that my order that was supposed to be ready at 6:55 wasn’t ready. Picked up my food at 7:29.
