I hate leaving bad reviews. But this place is just a mess. They seem understaffed and stressed out. Kitchen floor is a mess (bottle on the floor entire time I was there), lost my order ticket and generally not the convenient experience you expect from fast food. I love that they have an impossible Whopper and that’s why we still come here but they really need to get the right people in here and get it organized better.

Stopped for lunch and was more than satisfied with the service and the food. It was quick, fresh and hot. What else could you ask from a fast food joint? This is a great place to stop in and get back on the road between San Antonio and Houston. Sometimes you just need a quickie!

This Burger King has been opened for about a month. Very clean & decorative. There are two restrooms which are unisex & pleanty of room. Food come out very hot & fresh…not greasy like other establishments.

We went twice in a week! The first visit our food was all so good! No long wait in the drive thru. The chicken burger was my favorite and the chicken was thick, the next visit unfortunately I received one with more breading than actual chicken. And it tasted like it was overly fried too crispy. Staff though was very nice. The jalapeño bites i loved! My son also enjoyed the chicken fries.

I have never come to this store and had a positive experience. Manager is obviously unqualified to run this store. They are always behind in the drive through line. Today I saw five cars waiting for food after having made their order payment. One time they even forgot my order. The problem is that this is the BK in our area.

Normally BK is my favorite fast food chain restaurant. HOWEVER tonight I tried the new classic melt. Worst excuse for a burger I ever ate. I ate it only because I was incredibly hungry & it was take out. The service at this particular BK is always slow. They are very understaffed. Normally not a big deal, but pair the service & food quality & I’m sad to say, I’ll give my business to some other restaurant next time. Do not be deceived by the melt pictures, btw. This sandwich was sooo small.

My husband and I came for dinner after long day working. He ordered what we wanted and you could barely hear someone talking on the speaker. She repeated what we said although the order board showed something completely different. My husband decided to just go inside to order. At that time people were bringing their orders back multiple times due to not having their complete order right. He waited a long time and finally got our order and they messed our order up too. He took it back in to get the order corrected. And they finally got it right. But not one of them seemed like they had training not even the manager. And as it goes they didn’t have ANY customer service training either. They wanted to make excuses and argue why they hot it wrong. You know I thought the moto was “have it your way ” they didn’t quite understand that with multiple customers.

I am a DoorDash driver and I was here to pick up somebody else’s order. So I’m not gonna rate the food. However, the customer service here was really good. I’m actually from new Braunfels, and both Burger King’s there have a very depressing vibe about them. The employees here were super nice, right off the bat, and the entire store just had a vibe about it that made you want to be there.

Ok during the day this is not to bad. However if you want anything in the evening with the crew they have forget it. The crew are lazy don’t care about the orders. Never get any orders right either for customers there or for delivery drivers. The crew are always fighting with each other and are dressed dirty. The bathrooms are always gross, and if you actually get your food u had to wait a good 30 to 40 min to get it. They just need to shut down and start over
