Stopped by for a quick breakfast. No waiting to place my order. Did take a few minutes to get my food but not problematic. Plenty of seating in there for the lunch rush. And a large drink machine.

I am allergic to pork, Also my religion forbade me to eat pork. I order a hamburger and no cheese but I got a piece of pork. It’s a good thing I looked before I eat as always…. It seems like This was a pork sandwich in the beginning and they took off the pork and gave it to me that’s my conclusion. People need to pay attention what they’re doing and don’t give people other people food by taken off the meat because that doesn’t solve the problem it creates a problem. Just be careful specially doing this pandemic time we have enough to deal with pandemic then after deal with my allergy good thing I Carrier epi pen thank you .

Very horrible service and burnt burger buns, and cold fries attempted to take it back and the manager started to argue with me so I left my food and got out. Very poorly managed all I wanted was for them to cook a new burger and fresh fries but she said that’s how they come out cooked they were crunchy I took a bit and knew right away it tasted burnt

This has always been a good BK and it had been a while since we have been here but today’s visit was spot on. We are a large group, seven people, and fast food generally struggles. Not the crew today! They were spot on, timely, friendly, *and* our order was correct!

I moved from South Carolina to Texas about 5 months ago and this Burger King has the best customer service I have ever had at one of these chains! Tasha and her crew are amazing sweet ladies, that now knows my pup by his name!!! The food is always hot and these ladies are very delightful; I appreciate them so much!!

Of the many years I have ate at BK this is one of the best. Today’s fries were hot and tasty. Service was quick and friendly. This BK is better than any in the area, definitely much better than the one just opened near Hwy 78 and Ritterman.

It all depends on what employees you get and if the food restock truck has come recently. Sometimes the food is lightening fast and they have everything. Sometimes they are out of 5 or 6 menu items and you have a 15 min wait for a simple hamburger. Very hit or miss.

Came here for the $1.00 nuggets and a burger for my husband. It was clean, service was fast and the food was cooked to order. It was just cold inside because the front doors were stuck open. But its better than eating in the car or outside when it’s cold in San Antonio!

The food, as always, was very good. I had the bacon cheddar burger, extremely good. But this location, on RAFB, is not as up to par as most would like. The tables were dirty (food residue, drink rings), the drink counter needed to be wiped down. I was there over an hour (I read after I finish eating, enjoying my drink)and it was only as I was leaving that someone was wiping the tables. It was not busy, they could have cleaned sooner.

Friendly people but quite likely the slowest service of any Burger King. The drive through is constantly backed up no matter the time of day. It feels like they only have one person doing all jobs at the drive through. If there’s 5 cars you will typically wait 20-30 mins. Terrible!!!
