This was my first time dining at this Burger King, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the start. The drive-thru took a long time, and while I was ordering, I was speaking clearly, but the employee taking my order responded in a rude tone, saying he couldn’t hear me. He could’ve said that in a much better way.
After placing my order, I waited in the drive-thru line for about 15 minutes, which felt excessive. When I finally got to the window, the employee was again very rude and looked like he didn’t want to be there at all. He didn’t include any ketchup in the bag, and when I waited at the window for it, he seemed irritated just by my presence. I later realized I also didn’t receive a straw.
I understand mistakes happen, but customer service matters, and this employee didn’t seem to care at all about professionalism or basic courtesy. The only positive part of my visit was the food itself. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

EDIT: Five months ago, I gave a one-star review for poor customer service, but recently, we have received some of the most excellent service and friendliness here, especially from the worker Damien. He is so friendly, accurate, and accommodating. Great job! 🙂

Only reason its a four star instead of 5 is the AC was broke, which was not on the crew there as it happens right. The only other thing was the floor was extremely slick. This happens in food establishments when the same mop that is used to clean grease up in the kitchen is used in the lobby. Which reflects poor training or possibly just a lazy employee.

Just went there at 0715. Store hours are 0600. Doors were locked and no one answering at the drive thru. I could see them inside bsing with each other while they would look over at me and ignore me. Ridiculous. Will not go back.

The food was hot and fresh and it was super fast. The lady working the Drive thru was very polite and had a smile on her face.

The service was great- friendly and fast. The food tasted pretty good- Whopper with brisket wasn’t worth the money because we couldn’t even find the brisket! Not at all like the photo. The Whopper Jr is a biscuit basically. Laughable in size – should be called a mini. I was imagining more of a Whataburger Jr or McDouble. And $4.50 as an added insult. Grease needed changing too. However the Whopper was good and will give it another chance since I have Walmart+ and get a discount. My issues were more on a corporate level than a local level.

Horrible to 30 minutes just for kids meal and a whopper wouldn’t give us onion rings for the inconvenience. Don’t go here at all. At night.

Trash problem resolution/customer service directly from the district manager apparently according to the floor manager and no interaction with the RGM who was in fact at the restaurant.

I called to ask what time they closed on 12/4/2024, and the boy said 12:00 am, ( I arrived at 11:30 pm), I pulled up to the window and waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes, and nobody tended to me. I drove up and observed if anyone was inside, and the staff saw me, and continued to close. They ignored the fact that I needed assistance so they could leave early. If the sign says “closes at 12:00”, a business should honor that time. That is false information, a waste of time and gas, and just bad business (not to mention laziness). A couple more minutes never hurt anyone. I hope the supervisor over this franchise sees this and does something about it.
