I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered the Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper, and it did not come with the mushrooms that are supposed to be included. On top of that, the beef patty looked undercooked and had a bad smell. It did not seem fresh or safe to eat. I expect better quality control and food safety. This experience was unacceptable.

All my croissants were completely smashed, 4 of then in 1 tiny little bag! And as a general rule, the burger is awesome …. the vegetables …. not so much. Hard tomatoes, freezer burnt lettuce,and WAT TOO MUCH condiments. Your burgers are still my favorite, please fix the vegetables. P.S. you French fries a= better than EVERYONE ELSE’S!

Angelica and Flamingo were awesome, they took care of me, the onion rings could have been fried a little bit longer, but the overall customer service was excellent. These ladies made my visit a flawless experience and done it with a smile which is not always the case nowadays when eating out. 10 stars deserved.

I normally don’t do this very often but I wanted to try the classic chicken wrap bc I can’t have spicy and I asked to change the fries to chicken fries. And that is not what I got i got soggy fries and spicy wraps. And it took forever to gwt my food just for me not to be able to eat it

This place needs to put a better English speaking person at counter. My husband and I had to try so hard to understand the Hispanic man who spoke very English very poorly. Not very enjoyable to eat here if we have to struggle to understand.

Needs new management. I waited almost my whole lunch break for my order. And food quality is poor, the workers taking my order was rude. Let me run the place since management doesn’t care about customer service and quality.
