I give this location so many chances because its nearby and convenient, but literally every time is a disappointment. Avoided this location for months after they messed up my 2 previous orders (also months in between each order), then finally came back today and they messes up again. The only thing they’re consistent at is messing up orders. Wanted to try the new steakhouse burger specifically for the onion rings and guess what was missing? The onion rings! Lol. Insane. Always check your order before leaving. They will almost always screw it up and the manager there is rude as hell.

The black lady that appeared to be the manager was being so rude to her employees the gentleman that was helping me with my pick up order was extremely nice and he went to go get a big bag for me and instead of the manager just stating that they were out; she tried to embarrass him. I guess to make him look bad. I don’t know but it was unacceptable and maybe they would’ve had bags if she would’ve been more worried about her ordering instead of tearing her employees down. She needs to go through a training course cause clearly she’s not management material. Food was as expected delicious

Can you please look at my french fries she didn’t even give me a full thing a large french fries I went back in to bring it to the shift leader attention and she laughed at me overall I will return again for to give them another chance the cook that made my food did follow instructions but I really wanted to give them a five-star but what do it for me was when she laughed at the fact she didn’t give me enough fries with no salt.
Might I add the same young lady that was working the front register who took my order went outside to bring somebody the food came back inside and did not wash your hands she is a shift leader.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The manager Evette is very rude and very unprofessional. She yelled at me because I returned for an item that was left out of my bag. Her reason for yelling was because “she was tired and hungry”. As a manager at an establishment myself there is no way that I would speak to any patient this way if i was tired and hungry. I told her whether you’re tired or not you are to always lead by example for your employees and be professional at all times. Even the employees looked bothered by the way she spoke to me. Unfortunately I will NEVER return to this establishment because of her.

Always dirty and slow. Food is fast food, so waiting 30 minutes at non-peak times is horrendous. Drink station looks like this with no one else at all in the dining room

Haven’t been at this Burger King in many years but decided to give it a try.
I did a mobile order. The service was quick once you got to the window. They were busy but they handled themselves very well!
The onion rings were nice and crispy and the Whopper Jr was just as great as I remember!
