I’m really disappointed this location charge you extra!! for barbecue sauce or any other sauce. I know if you want more than two sauce you have to pay extra I have that clear. I always ask for a couple barbecue sauce and they give it to me no problem it doesn’t matter what is my order, but today Hispanic lady at the drive-thru refuse to give me couple barbecue sauce she want to charge me $0.25 for each sauce this is unbelievable. if you spend your money buying something from them you got the right to ask for a couple sauce with no extra charge..

We went for the 2 for six whopper special tonight and after ordering was priced at 6 plus dollars each, I asked the man at the window why it was not 2 for 6 as it was recently? He rudely replied it has been that price for years. That is not true. We will NEVER visit this place again!!!! RUDE EMPLOYEE @ 7 pm 6-11-22. AVOID this establishment, and the BAD attitudes within. I live in Shadow Creek ranch and I’ve never been to this location until today and never will I go back again. Came home to find out that they gave me the wrong order at the drive through. If they gave me the wrong order that means someone else also got screwed with their order. I haven’t been to a BK location in years so that’s why I wanted to give it a try. Should have gone to Chick-fil-A like I originally wanted to.
