I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Every time we visit here there’s some kind of issue. Cold food, wrong food, or attitudes.. BUT, my husband continues to want his discounted impossible whopper via his app, so we return. Today, there was some kind of mistake when ordering, and it ended up being a regular whopper.
When we found this out, alleged manager Kara (similar to this), was rude to him and dismissed his problem quickly without any intention on helping him resolve a fix. Getting back to him, she told him he just needed to cancel the order via the app then re-order. But she refused to tell him HOW to do that! Tell him what to do, then not assist in showing him how? That’s because there was literally NO way to do that! She was rude, called her boss, spoke in Spanish so we couldn’t understand, then told us again we had to take it up with the app. Really,, they literally can’t do anything to help out a customer except to say it’s not their problem then walk away??
Ultimately, we would have taken the “we can’t help you” a little better if it wasn’t for the crappy attitude. And this is from a manager? Alleged manager. She should be replaced, she certainly doesn’t know how to keep her cool when working with issues. Her tone was what set US off!
Needless to say, this BK is less than quality.. Much improvement needs to be made, starting with the management. And maybe, JUST maybe, they should try to serve hot food some time.
And this photo? Yes, that’s our burger.. We never touched it.. She took it out to show us it was a regular whopper, and there it sat on the counter with all three of them not caring about doing a darn thing to fix the issue. I sure hope one of them enjoyed it for dinner!
Thanks for nothing BK.. We won’t be back, there’s nicer BK’s that treat us better. We don’t deserve your degrading treatment.

Not my best recommendation for this location, I’ve been to others who have better service. Went there a few days ago with my family. I ordered my food and gave my coupons to the lady there taking the order. The way she reacted seemed like I had asked her to pay for family’s order. She got all upset and raising her voice that I should have given her first the coupons. That it would have made thinga way easier for her. For someone just clocking in and already in a bad mood. Maybe it would have been better to have gone and gotten her manager if she’s going to have a melt down over an order having to put in the coupons. Yes it was only 3 people working there but dang you also just got there. If you dont like your work, then why are you there. Before she got there, there were only two ladies there and they were moving fast and no problem. You get there and I come to you, I’m your first customer and you have a mini melt down over coupons. We didn’t enjoy the service or the attitude and we won’t be going back. We will also tell others how this location is with their customers.

I just came in thru drive thru and made an order but did not realize I ordered a burger that was on the smaller size for my husband. So when I went I back to the inside I was greeted by Elian. He was very nice and help me choose an option that was similar to what I wanted in the first place. He personally made sure that it was made right and even confirmed with me that my order was correct. You don’t get service like that now a days and him not knowing today was a hard day for me made it even better. Again I truly thank him because what he did he didn’t have to do. And even though it was just a burger, it was truly appreciated considering the day I had.

This BK got renovated and it’s so nice! They have digital screens to order your own food! Everyone was nice and friendly! Went at around 430pm Saturday 2/28!

Took almost 20 minutes for a chicken fries meal. staff isn’t very attentive you have to flag em down to tell them you’ve been waiting. I saw the tall gentleman on his phone with gloves and then using the same gloves touching the food then him eating a chicken fry from the fryer…

Went thru drive thru and ordered #2, I get home and surprise they gave me a #1. I normally check my food for this exact reason but since the service on the drive thru was moving fairly well I decided to trust them and not check, my fault I guess

Supposed to 24 hours for drive through. On 12/10/2025 at 11:10. Sat at the mike for several minutes. Drove around and when I did I saw only one employee and he was sitting at the back of the restaurant in a booth. No other employee was visible.

I ordered via BK app. But it took more than 15 minutes in the drive-through for the whole process! When I got the order, it was not spicy chicken, all 4 of them! I did not ask for lettuce but was given a load of lettuce. I asked for mayo, ketchup, pickles, and extra onions but got none of that on all four! Standing in drive-thru that long and not getting what I asked for is a shame! Lack of training, management, and understaffed are clearly written all over this store! When you compete with McDonald’s next to you and you can’t even get one order correct, there is something clearly missing. Shut down this franchise because there is always something wrong with my order at Store #17370. Even the fries had onion rings in it. I DID NOT ASK FOR ONION RINGS!! PATHETIC SERVICE!
