Literally eat at Jack in the Box across the street…… do not eat from the store. I got served cold fries and cold food. My child had to eat cold food tonight because of you guys…… so I tried to call to correct it. No one answered out of three locations. I want the district manager‘s number. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

Drove to La Porte to Burger King tonight, ordered 3 meals, 2 with french fries, and one with onion rings. Got home, no onion rings. I tried to call 17 times and they will not answer the phone. The joke was the man that handed me my bag, read over the receipt and still DID NOT RECOGNIZE the order was not right.

i love coming to this burger king and dining in the employees are constantly kind and attentive but i recently went and it’s quite smokey in there please fix this issue cause i love to go here i just can’t be around smoke . other then that the restaurant is great and usually never smokey

This Burger King is by far the coolest in the Fairmont area! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious—the burgers are perfectly made and the fries are always crispy and tasty. What really makes this location stand out is the manager and staff. The manager is friendly, professional, and runs the place with great energy, making every visit feel welcoming. You can really tell they care about customer satisfaction. Definitely the best Burger King around!

I’ve tried calling, I’ve tried doing the chat thing, I’ve tried emailing and nothing seems to go through because this location at 1102 South 146th Street in La Porte Texas 77571 is a very bad location. They keep getting my order wrong even though I order it the same way every time and every time I go back to fix it they give me attitude. They won’t give me my receipt and this last time they got it so wrong that all I have is a little bottom ticket on the paper bag and I tried to get them to redo my order and they said that they’re not going to redo it anymore because I keep making it up. They said I’m lying, and no I don’t. Angelina said “no you are lying and making up”. Eventhough i call from.work when they keep getting my order wrong. how hard is it to do bacon and not sausage. I don’t like sausage. I don’t get sausage but they keep putting sausage in my junior burritos. And today, Angelina actually yelled at me call me a bad word in Spanish and slam the window shut on me and said go away. so I don’t know what else to do and I either need a refund, a gift card, or some kind of solution. You need more management or better management at this location because they should not and will not treat me like that. And they don’t speak English very well. their speakers apparently don’t work but they do. they just claim to not hear well but they don’t speak English and I’ll asked them in Spanish even and they still get my order wrong. If someone could please email me back or give me a good number to call. I have the bottom part of my ticket of the last order. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get service but they actually yelled at me this last time and called me a name that they should not have called me. So if you could please help I’d appreciate it. Since then I’ve gone from going several times a week for my breakfast to nothing. And no one has returned my calls. Angelina keeps being disrespectful and treats customers badly.

I’m pretty sure if you hire someone that doesn’t speak English then the pretty sure they wouldn’t know how to read it either. Hence the reason I ordered a bacon king and got a wopper…. tried to call 5 times no answer it rings 11 times and disconnects. I’ll just take it to corporate. Absolutely the worst burger King in Texas!! Drive thru lady says I no speak English? Why put her in Drive thru??? So the meal root beer was good, whopper had 6 little pieces of wilted Lettuce, 1.25 pieces of tomatoes, 3 huge thick slices of Pickles, 6 rings of onion, a cold piece of unrelated cheese and a ice cold piece of meat. The fries were severely under cooked.
