I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Burger King. Despite placing an online order to save time, I ended up waiting in the drive-through for a ridiculous 45 minutes. To add, when I finally got my order, it was completely wrong. And the fries? They were cold and soggy, like they’d been sitting out for hours. It’s frustrating to waste so much time and money on such a poor meal. I hope Burger King takes these issues seriously and works to improve their service and food quality.

At random times they lock the doors so NO BATHROOM no way to eat inside and no sign on the store doors-they just lock the doors.
Update: I’m changing my review to 1 star. Ice machine is still broken and the drink taste is still off. Employees (managers) are rude if you complain about cold food. BIG PASS on this BK LOCATION. Try the BK on Alexander Drive in Baytown-it’s clean and the food is delicious and it not cold.
Old review: Wow, no one inside but it takes a while to get your food. Plus…..the best parking near the side entry (in front of windows) is used by the employees! The same cars that were outside were still in the same location when we left. I should have looked at the reviews before I ate here.
